Spacious room and living area. Kitchen is fully equipped with almost all the cooking appliances you need, and there’s a big supermarket within 3mins walk. Very suitable for long stay and people who like a home feeling accommodation.
The whole design and concept of the hotel is delightful, they offer welcome drink for new customers and prepare a city/hotel guide book in room. Can tell the hotel put a lot of effort to make the place more comfortable.
The only issue we had was the water supply in shower, which can be a bit unsteady and boiling hot sometimes.
Very satisfied, away from the hustle and bustle of the old city, the room is clean and spacious, it is convenient to walk to the main commercial district, and the environment is good.
My stay at the Avani Museum Quarter Hotel was truly exceptional. The prime location near museums and the tram made exploring effortless, while the local charm of De Pijp added an authentic touch to my experience. The hotel's cleanliness and modern design were impressive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The well-equipped gym, though cozy, provided everything I needed for my workouts. Additionally, the convenience of bike parking right outside was a delightful perk. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend the Avani Museum Quarter Hotel for a trustworthy and positive stay, reflecting the best of what the city has to offer.

Hotel was generally okay. Staff was generally okay, though a few were reluctant to serve me and my group. Room wise was decent. Good view and true to what was described. Room was clean and well kept.
A few downsides, including:
- No proper cups, only disposable ones
- No complementary bottled water provided
- No oral amenities kit
The house is generally good. The breakfast is delicious and includes salmon, but it's a little salty. It costs 15 euros, but in the end I charged 17 euros. I didn't ask if there was a service charge. This price is considered cheap. The dining environment is good, facing the river. The service at the front desk is average. It is a 12 to 16-minute walk from the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum, which is a bit far.
It's the best accommodation.Everything such as atmosphere, comfort, comfort, comfort, clean, clean, clean, clean and services.Liverpool was so nice. The location has fallen slightly from the city, but there is no inconvenience to move and subway is not far away.I like Chae Kwang.River view is a work. The restaurant is so pretty
Easy and affordable. You get what you paid for. The room we had was very spacious. It is outdated and ikea designed but You get what you’ve paid for. Reception was very helpful and caring. Coffee and tea complimentary. All in all cannot complain.
The hotel is located in an absolutely noble area of Amsterdam, the National Museum, the Van Gogh Museum, the City Museum...all within easy reach; the big-fashioned pchoft famous street is turning at the hotel...AH supermarket, century-old bakery, net red restaurant seafood Bar, near the city can enjoy the prosperity of the city, but also away from the noisy tourists. The building itself is a masterpiece. The old Royal Postal Bank and the Gloomy Academy have been renewed on the basis of the original. The collision of different building materials forms an interesting contrast. Nature, people and cities are here. I contacted the hotel before the store. I prepared the room at noon. The housekeeping performance was soso, but the front desk was very good. The questions about the city can be received, including the reservation of the restaurant. The size of the room is absolutely wide in the size of the inch, and the size of the bathroom is extravagant. Back at the hotel in the evening, the street is not disturbed by tourists, only the cool windy night wind, and warm yellow lights, like
Great location, so convenient to walk to the museums. Nice service ,staff are friendly. The handsome Cafe guy working at night was so kind to help me with my left twisted ankle. He gave me two ice bags. Thank you so much!
The hotel is in a great location. It takes only 3 minutes to get to the Van Gogh Museum and 5 minutes to get to the National Museum. It takes less than 1 hour to walk to the important attractions in the city. It takes 9 stops to take the 397 bus directly from the airport. It costs 4.03 euros to swipe the credit card directly. It only takes one and a half hours from the plane landing to check in. Several waiters at the hotel front desk were very enthusiastic. After checking out the next day, 4 pieces of luggage were stored. Each piece of luggage was labeled and put in a special room. The waiter also asked us to take pictures so that it would be convenient to pick up the luggage if we couldn't find the stub. There is a large supermarket near the hotel, which is only about 5 minutes' walk, but it doesn't open until 8 o'clock in the morning. Although the room is not very big, it is clean and sanitary. There is an electric kettle and a coffee machine. 4 coffee capsules and tea bags were given.

CcouoFrom the guide to Amsterdam, the comfort of the room was the best!
It was a wonderful time to be able to use the lounge for free once.
VViviLeon”Park Plaza is a highly recommended hotel. From the moment we arrived, we experienced exceptional service. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Being conveniently located near TRAM and bus stations made getting around the city a breeze.
We particularly enjoyed dining at the Italian restaurant onsite, where we indulged in delicious meals. Additionally, having complimentary water, coffee, and tea in the room added a thoughtful touch to our stay. Overall, our experience at Park Plaza exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly return for another visit.”
NNerissaAWhat a nice boutique hotel, with a great location. Very close to the museums and generally, to the city center. You can walk to the Central Station or you can take the tram. The hotel staffs are all very nice and cheerful (special thanks to the Filipinas working there- they made me feel at home). The breakfast buffet was also very good with a good selection of coffee, breads, cold cuts, cheese etc etc. The room is small and clean. I would love to stay here again.
GGuest UserWonderful hotel in a quite area near beautiful and large park. Very helpful, friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean amenities and really creative design. Opportunity to play various video games and board games. In general, amazing sphere!
GgreenwingflyIt's small and warm, it's very cold, and there is an electric heater beside the bed, which is very comfortable. I stayed for 3 days for the transfer test, which is very cost-effective! If there is no epidemic situation to travel in the future, I will come here again, it is very convenient!
GGuest UserVery beautiful and quiet area, to the center on foot 30 minutes. Near the airport. Everything is excellent, staff, cleanliness, convenience. There is a coffee shop in the room, a teapot can be requested. Recommended 100% Attention, the hotel does not accept cash, only cards.
Wwax tsoiThe location is excellent. It's very convenient to go to the station and the museum. There are also many delicious food nearby. However, the hotel room is too small, the mattress is sunken, the pillows are smelly, and the TV cannot change channels.
GGuest UserHostel wasn't too bad. Could do with a bit of paint.Tiny ensuite shower/wc not enough for dorm with 12 beds.
Kitchen was clean but missing teatowels.
Staff friendly and helpful.
It's a really dutch house ,that means steep and narrow stairs.
Location in a nice part of town, where locals live, has nice and lots of places to eat etc.
Enjoyed my stay there
GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the Rijksmuseum and only two stops from the Central Station by subway. It is the first time in Europe that a deposit is required upon check-in. The room is arranged on the top floor of the fifth floor. The stairs are narrow and steep, and it is difficult to carry luggage up and down. It is very hot during the day and there is no air conditioning. There is a cool breeze outside the window in the morning and evening, which is manageable. There is not even a chair in the room. The room fee is 700-800 RMB per day. It is not a waste of money to invest in adding necessary facilities.
