Overall the hotel is as expected and I enjoyed my stay. Nevertheless, the room could have been cleaner (towels were dirty) and the price is too high (probably due to the high season). 120 euros per night is too much for an ibis budget outside of the city center.

I wouldn’t say it is just the lack of a smile, but the laziness to solve the situation in the room. The sheets were the same as for the previous guest, but no one cared. They finally offered me to change my own sheets. Incredible!

La habitación es tal como muestran las imágenes: la habitación de 3 cuenta con una cama de matrimonio, una litera justo encima, una ducha y un baño. No cuenta con armarios. La ubicación es muy buena, a 10 minutos de Bayonne o Biarritz. Cuenta con un aparcamiento grande para aparcar.

Chambre agréable et propre, petit coin bureau idéal pour 2 à 3 jours, bonne literie et grand lit, bien situé à condition d’avoir un véhicule, petit déjeuné très copieux et personnels super agréable, pas de restauration midi/soir. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Hôtel simple et propre. Les chambres sont petites mais très bien. Le service est vraiment incroyable, le gérant était là pour nous aider car nous avons eu un décalage dans nos vols. Toute l’équipe est super aimable et attentionnée. Le petit déjeuner était très bien niveau qualité prix. Parking super pratique et grand en face de l’hôtel.

Au niveau de la chambre 117, la poignet de porte des toilettes est inexistante ainsi que l’intimité puisque la douche se situe à côté du lit conjugal, n’étant séparé que par une vitre transparente, les draps sont tachés ainsi que le matelas et l’oreillé comportant sur celui-ci des poils,le ménage laisse aussi à désirer

Chambre très propre, accueil très sympathique par le jeune homme qui y travaillait le 20 juillet en début d’après-midi, et qui nous a bien conseillé pour notre sortie de l’après-midi. Un seul petit bémol : l'isolation. Bruit de la circulation très présent et frais dans la chambre.

Hotel très bien situé , à 15min de Biarritz et un très bon accueil des personnels ( réceptions, femmes de chambre, pdj ....) Nos deux chambres étaient très propres. Petit bémol, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dommage. Merci à vous pour ces 2 nuits 🙂🙂🙂.

Hôtel très bien situé avec un personnel très souriant et très agréable. Petit déjeuner au top. Chambre très bien. Deux points nous font cependant ne pas mettre la note maximum, le drap du matelas qui se défait et le pire, les autres clients qui parlent et font du bruit dans le couloir en pleine nuit... Problème à prendre sérieusement en compte.
