They are so kind , and friendly , also breakfast was delicious, and location of hotel was center of city

Great hotel. Nice clean and huge room. We have had a wonderful stay. The swimming pool is very nice and clean.

Very professional service

First of all, there is no private parking garage. Parking is on the street in front and across from the hotel. Breakfast was very basic and they were short staffed. Room was good size, comfortable bed. Missing the sofa/chair. Missing iron and the ironing board. I had to request them which they brought to me but the iron was half broken. There were 2 small bottles of shampoo، 2 small bottles of conditioner and 2 small bottles of body wash and one very small bar of soap. There was a hair dryer, teapot, slippers and 2 free water bottles. The room was a non smoking room, but in the middle of the night I could smell heavy cigarette smoke.

It was brilliant experience.

The hotel is truly fantastic. It has a beautiful, rustic interior, which reminds me of Atatürk's time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay again next time.

The room was old and the snacks in the minibar were expired. It looked like no one had lived there for a long time.

The air conditioning was not working and it was very hot.

Air conditioners do not work

Nice city hotel with excellent breakfast, swimming pool and hammam. There is a Scottish pub in the hotel, but I didn't take advantage of it :) Among the disadvantages: the air conditioning did not cool, you had to open the window, it was quite noisy outside in the evening - this is an area with many bars and clubs.
