Good location, a few minutes walk from the train station and bus station. Walking distance to various attractions. Good front desk service. There are several good shopping stores nearby, such as Maxmara and several French brand stores.

The hotel is not in the old town of Annecy, in the other direction of the bus station, more biased. However, it’s not bad to stroll along the river from the back of the hotel. At check-in, the front desk will be a great place to introduce the famous sights of Annecy and provide a variety of promotional brochures. The early mail greeted the hotel and reserved a room with a balcony. The room was small, but the balcony felt very spacious. The room facilities are too simple and not suitable for families. In addition, the quality of the hotel's breakfast is too general, not delicious, the child is considered to be the worst of all hotels in Europe. However, this American hotel chain can be understood.

The location is very good, just a 5-minute walk from the station, there is a temporary parking space at the door (only for in-house guests), the front desk is very welcoming, but the check-in time is relatively late. The room is super small, the door is the bed, and the suitcase can only be placed on both sides of the bed. It is very hygienic, and it is dry and wet. The breakfast is also good, but for the first time, I didn’t pay attention to the reminder and looked at the eggs that were cooked. As a result, I had to cook them myself, which was shameful~~

GGuest UserThis hotel is very satisfactory. It is close to the train station, business center and commercial street. It is within a 10-minute walk to the main attractions. The room is very quiet and has good light blocking, which is very conducive to sleep. The family room is large enough and is fully equipped with kitchen facilities, kitchenware, dining utensils, etc. It is definitely suitable for a family of three to stay for a few days. The waiter is very kind, proactive, thoughtful and comfortable.

VVenosThe hotel is overlooking Annecy's lake. At it's front door, it seems like we are way deep in the forest and yet we were barely 10 minutes away from the city. The staff is very sweet and professional. We are travelling with our 1 year old he got cute attention from the team at breakfast. Feeling that the hole family is included is priceless. These 2 nights were welcomed rest and relaxation. Thank you to all the staff members that made this gateway a pleasurable one for us!
