We are just back from a 5 night stay. If you are looking for a traditional alpine hotel, this is not it! My best single word description would be 'spectacular'. The architecture is modern and the public spaces are huge in height and floor area - they look through huge plate glass windows outward to the surrounding forest and mountains and inward onto a massive indoor climbing wall. And yet the design is clever enough to make individual areas feel cosy and intimate with high end comfortable modern furnishings. The ambiance is warm both literally and in terms of the charming and helpful staff. The rooms are again very modern, on split levels, with great shower rooms on both floors, and wonderful views. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The one evening meal we had was OK - three of us happy, one not quite so. The shuttle service which runs both ways along the valley was great, the drivers excellent (despite heavy snow) and always cheerful - though we also enjoyed the 15 minute walk into town along a lovely woodland path (which is lit at night). Highly recommended.

A really great small luxury hotel. Wonderfully stylish, great staff - very helpful at all times - and great facilities for the whole family. 7 of us in two suites worked very well. Some quirks but the three kids loved the pool, the spa and the climbing wall. Easy access to the ski slopes thanks to the regular shuttles. Only 30 rooms so it felt friendly and intimate.

Fabulous hotel. Very picturesque setting a 5-10 walk from Champoluc Town centre and super cool architecture and fit out. Complimentary shuttle bus to the nearby frache and champoluc lifts and into town in evening for restaurants, really easy and quick. The best ski lockers ever, boot, glove and helmet warmers!! Great spa facilities with 25 m pool, lovely outdoor hot tubs overlooking beautiful mountain views, well equipped gym. Family all enjoyed a massage. Climbing wall in the hotel lobby was great fun and parents and kids both enjoyed some lessons, good family bonding time!! Rooms really nice with ensuite mezzanine for parents and twin beds and another ensuite for kids below. Lovely breakfast and food in bar and cliff hanger restaurant good quality. Didn't try champagne bar or fine dining but there for extra luxury. Overall, a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with very attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

We booked two rooms, one Mountain Suite and one Forest Suite, for seven night for our annual family ski vacation. Overall it is a nice place but it does not meet the expectations set by its 5-star category and price. On the positive side, the staff are very kind, friendly and responsive, with a special mention for the drivers of the vans that take guests back and forth from and to the village and ski lifts. They are truly wonderful. The van service is very convenient and we never had to wait for more than a few minutes to be picked up and taken wherever we needed to go. The breakfast buffet and à la carte menu in the morning are very good and of high quality and can accommodate all preferences and diets. Service can be inconsistent, though. The wait staff are friendly and responsive but quite disorganized and sometimes we had to ask for the same item many times before getting it to our table. The hotel has very nice pool and spa, both indoor and outdoor, facilities. They ask guests to reserve access - they did not explain the system well at all by the way - but practically, even in peak season, we never had any issue using the facilities. The ski room is also very convenient, secure and functional. And now to the negatives. The suites are small and not functional at all. They are on two floors, organized in a way that makes no sense. The main bedroom is upstairs but there are no closets, drawers, or any kind of storage there. The bathroom upstairs, supposedly the main one, had a bath tub with no shower curtain or other protections so showering there meant flooding the room with water. The bathroom downstairs had a nice shower but no bidet, which by Italian standards means that it’s not even a real bathroom. Amazingly there is no place anywhere in the suite to hang your wet ski clothes at the end of the day, not even hooks on a wall, which are typical of hotels in ski resorts. We paid a substantial amount more for the Mountain Suite than the Forest Suite but the two rooms were absolutely identical! When I mentioned it to the general manager he tried to joke about and make light of it trying to convince me that the alleged and non existent “Monte Rosa view” of the Mountain Suite justified the difference in price. Eventually he gave up and offered us a free dinner for four (beverages excluded) in the hotel’s restaurant, Summit, to, according to him, “keep us happy.” The dinner, of course, did not even begin to cover the difference in price for seven nights between the two rooms. And, by the way, the manager forgot to inform his front desk staff that the dinner was comped so it was still on the bill when we checked out. The hotel’s restaurant, Summit, is hands down the worst restaurant we tried in Champoluc. It is very expensive with a limited menu and and almost offensively overpriced wine list. There is a bottle of red for 55€ and the next cheapest bottle is 90€. Service is spotty and not very attentive and friendly. The night we checked in we wer

Nice rooms and good housekeeping service. Restaurant service was shocking. Never experienced anything so bad. Burger arrived for my son without the meet, my cheese starter arrived with a horrible old cheese. Waiters did not do anything to make up for it. A nice place but unfortunately with none of the restaurant service.

3 bloody mary at 6pm on a saturday, served with cookies for teatime, sweet nuts, and a few olives. No napkins, no place to leave olive pips. 14 euros per cocktail? Mixed feelings about what is for offer at this 5 star hotel. Drink was good at least

CampZero offers a very nice combination of good accomodation and all facilities that come with a better hotel with the chance to try many different outdoor and indoor activities. I and my family had a great time there.

I would like to say thank you so much for making our stay at CampZero a vey pleasant and memorable one. We were very well looked by all the staff during our stay and it was faultless. At CampZero you have the perfect idea of a family vacation, from good food, excellent service, an idyllic location, and so many activities for the family to enjoy. All the staff were very pleasant in organising all that we wanted to do during our stay from the booking of restaurants, arranging all activities at the resort, transport to and from airport, skiing, ski passes, ski hire, ski lessons, local transport (to and fro the lifts) and much more. I wold like to say a big thanks to Claudia who was so good at giving us ideas of where to eat and she’d happily book the restaurants for us. It was so good that she did all the organisation as it took the stress away from us. She did an amazing job at recommending the 3-4 restaurants and each of them were incredible and we had a different experience each time from the food to the ambience. I got to try one of the restaurants in Champoluc where I had the raclette and it was divine ( was somewhere the boys weren’t keen to go because of the cheese smell). She was always happy to help with all the questions I had. It was never too much trouble for her and she really was very efficient in sorting all my queries. The skiing was fabulous and we all enjoyed skiing in Italy and our first visit to Italy was not disappointing and we definitely want to travel to Italy again and explore all the beautiful places and try the amazing food. The boys and my husband enjoyed the Ice climbing and the Indoor climbing wall and the staff who carried these activities were very informative and extremely friendly. Ezekiel was so good at instructing when they all did the indoor session and they all came back having enjoyed it a lot. It was so easy to get to the lifts as the hotel would take you there and bring you back without any fuss. This was a big plus as the resort isn’t ski in and ski out. It’s literally 5 mins by car. The boot room was great as we could leave all our skis poles boots and helmets there. The lessons provided by the ski instructors were very good and we all felt we have progressed in our on ski abilities. Tiziano was fantastic and couldn’t have asked for anyone better. I was very lucky to have someone who was a world champion and I felt very safe with him. Hopefully my confidence will grow as I ski more. The rooms were great and comfortable and had lovely tea and coffee making facilities and the good thing was that there was water to drink at no extra charge. I feel this is very good as some hotels you have to pay for water. We had a nice fruit bowl on our arrival and that was a lovey gesture too. The rooms were cleaned very well and we also had a turn down service and then freshened up the rooms in the evening. I enjoyed my treatments at the spa and we all throughly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spa. It’s such a beautifu

We had a great 4 day break as a family at this hotel. Brilliant concept, kids loved the rock climbing, the instructor was fab and really helpful. Breakfast was lovely as was the food in the bar and the Summit restaurant. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Loved the spa and outdoor hot tubs. Pool is massive. Shuttle service to the town was faultless. Only slight criticism would be that as a family hotel, it would have been helpful if the restaurants opened an hour or so earlier in the evening as waiting until 19:30 to feed tired kids who have been skiing all day is a bit of a struggle. The bar does open earlier but is a fairly limited menu. Overall we really enjoyed the hotel.
