"I still seriously give an experience evaluation of every homestay and hotel we have stayed in:
1. First of all, the owner of the homestay is always responsive. First, he added WeChat when we were still on the train, sent a detailed check-in guide, and took the initiative to help us upgrade the room type. I compared this, and the upgraded room type changed from one bathroom to two bathrooms, which is really important. Basically, I am traveling with my two children now, and I just like to live in an apartment, because the space is large, the bed is large, and there is an extra bathroom, which is of course much more convenient. Thank you~
2. The geographical location is excellent (but there are also pros and cons, which will be discussed later). Downstairs are May Day Square, Pozi Street, and Wenheyou, which means that there are several must-visit attractions in Changsha downstairs. In addition, the room and the living room are facing the river view, and the other side of the river is Orange Island, which is visually open and friendly. There are also many food shops downstairs, which are quite convenient.
3. The facilities in the room are complete, and the details are perfect. From coffee machines, washing machines, dishwashers to facial cleansers, makeup removers, and face towels, everything is ready. Basically, you can just move in with your luggage. I stayed here for five days and four nights. Someone came to clean regularly every day, which was pretty good.
4. Then let me talk about some of the shortcomings I think: First, it may be that the location is too good. During the Chinese New Year, there was a lot of traffic downstairs, and it was jammed. Taxis couldn't get in, and you had to walk out of the intersection to get a taxi; second, the subway entrance is actually not very close, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from point to point. So when we arrived, we thought it was very close to the apartment, but we ended up walking a long way with three boxes; third, the elevators in the apartment are very insufficient. There are only four elevators on such a high floor and so many residents. Whether it is peak or non-peak time, there are a lot of people, and it is very inconvenient to go in and out.
Anyway, all the good reviews are given to the young lady of the homestay. She deserves the best recognition for her hard work. I wish you a prosperous business and good fortune in the Year of the Snake!"
