"We booked a week long stay with our daughter, we missed the first day of room service attending to the room we put our sign out for a clean on Good Friday and received a text message to say all room cleaning would resume the following Tuesday. Good Friday I can understand as it’s a very significant holiday but the Saturday Sunday and Monday I found to be bizarre and the only place I’ve ever had this occur. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and in a fantastic location but the lack of servicing over a long weekend when you have a family holiday doesn’t really work."

"We arrived out of hours and were expecting trouble however it was a simple phone call and we got our key. We got a great deal on our accommodation, which had more than enough for our needs. The facilities (pool etc) were great and everything in our room worked perfectly. the air con was cold and quiet, the TV was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I noticed was the walls (toilet) and curtains (main entrance) are a little dirty (probably due to being a specific room for lots of children?) however this is just fussy. I will most definitely stay at Discovery Park again without any hesitation. From check in to check out it was easy, quiet and stress free exactly what I needed"

"they have phenomenal service. receptionists are all kind and willing-to-help. Housekeepers are considerate asking me if I need anything despite I just checked in. they will give you a key card for the entry of accommodation and the room you booked. I accidentally locked myself outside twice because I forgot to bring the key card with me all the time. Once was on office time and the other was 7 in the morning whereas the reception opens at 10 am. A kind and heart-warming cleaner helped me to reach out to the manager, who values the security of the hotel and customers' experiences. I had an imperative interview at 9 am. they dragged me out of the misery. I couldn't thank them more."

"As a motel, I am generally satisfied. The password for the door lock, door and Wi-Fi will be sent to the mobile phone when checking in, so the guest's mobile phone number is required. The self-driving car is parked in the parking space at the door of the room. The room is clean, the bedding and linens are of good quality, the shower room toilet is clean and easy to use, and the sanitation is cleaned every day. The staff is thoughtful, enthusiastic and polite. Because it is close to the highway, you will occasionally hear vehicles passing by when you sleep, but it does not affect your sleep. Two issues that need to be improved: 1. The bungalow is in a suburban area, and insects of varying sizes will crawl out of the bathroom at night, probably from the floor drain. 2. The air conditioner in the house blows directly on the bed, and the noise is rumbling. Every time it is turned on, it scares people. You will definitely not be able to sleep with the machine turned on. It doesn't matter in spring and autumn, but in Melbourne in winter and summer, air conditioning is still necessary."
