Hotel Arezzo ASC

When booking on booking the image is misleading as it makes you understand that it is completely in the historic centre, whereas it is close to the stadium. Ground floor parking. We stayed in a mini apartment... at first it was ok until when we were resting we noticed insects everywhere... walls dirty with killed insects and curtains as well. Friendly breakfast room staff, reception too, so the cleaning staff at this point leaves something to be desired, perhaps it also depends on what instructions they have for ordering everything. Paying €88 for a one star but booking giving three is way too much. Good and international breakfast.

I'll tell you about my experience at the ASC hotel in Arezzo. My judgment is overall positive although I have found some things that could be improved. The hotel is about a 25-minute walk from the large square; to tell the truth, I never ventured on foot to the center, because the August heat was really too excessive, so I opted for a hybrid solution: by car to the Pietri car park (free) and then from there through the escalators on foot towards the center (about 10 min). Let's start with the strengths: - undoubtedly the car park dedicated to customers (accessible with a numerical code); - very spacious rooms, they are practically mini-apartments (large bedroom with 2 desks, dressing room, upper mezzanine with two more beds and desk, hall, large bathroom, terrace with drying rack) - EXCELLENT soundproofing (I am a very light sleeper, but once the windows are closed there is no noise even though I overlooked the restaurant; moreover, I don't know if it is because the hotel is spread over one floor, therefore, there was no one upstairs, or because of the presence of the area entrance that acted as an insulator, but you could not hear a noise coming from the other rooms or from the corridor. I think it is one of the very few hotels, if not the only one, where you can really rest) - Powerful hair dryer (it seems trivial, but in many hotels there are tube ones or small ones that are insufficient if you have long hair) - The pool is always clean - The abundant breakfast (both sweet with different cakes, cereals, yoghurt and jams, or salty with salt ame, cheese, ham and hard-boiled eggs) - Possibility to have dinner in the hotel (the "off-menu" restaurant is available) Points for improvement: - As I said the rooms are super large but in my opinion the spaces are not exploited in the way improve; for example, in the bathroom (or rather in the anteroom) there are few shelves. You could put some shelves or a cabinet where you can put things - In the shower there is no space to place shampoo or other (you could also think of putting there, as in the anteroom, a wall dispenser with a bath shower) - Darkening of the windows: in the morning a lot of light comes in and the blackout curtains are not enough - The pool is not for the exclusive use of hotel guests, and being a 25-meter pool it is also used by the club members to swim occupying most of the lanes, therefore the "simple bathers" are relegated to some corner so as not to bother those who are training; perhaps it would be worthwhile to dedicate a lane to those who do not want to swim - At the reception I have often not found anyone; it is true that there are numbers available to call, but perhaps for information on the fly one does not call. Very comfortable hotel in Arezzo. Equipped with all comforts, large spaces. Low prices compared to the offer. The rooms are equipped with a double bed plus a loft with single beds. Prices vary according to the number of people. There is a restaurant and pizzeria inside where you can eat well. There is also a 25-meter swimming pool. Optimal!

Hotel molto carino , in posizione non centralissima ma comunque con una breve camminata si arriva in centro. Staff gentilissimo e stanza molto spaziosa su due livelli , bagno molto grande e curato. Letto comodissimo , presente anche un ristorante all'interno della struttura e parcheggio privato.

Ottima struttura, pulita, calda e accogliente! Appartamento ottimo per la famiglia con vari spazi, stile moderno comodo e confortevole! Possibilità di mangiare in struttura

Abbiamo soggiornato con la famiglia lo scorso weekend in questo albergo, poco lontano dal centro di Arezzo, con parcheggio comodo. Appartamento grande, pulito, arredamento moderno e avendo un bambino in carrozzina molto confortevole per il movimento . Cortesia e gentilezza della reception. Colazione buona, abbastanza varia con dolci fatti in casa. Ristorante annesso, abbiamo mangiato la sera, molto buono, Nel complesso comunque esperienza più che positiva.da ritornarci. Buon lavoro

Hotel molto bello nel cuore della montagna personale gentilissimo. Veramente consigliabile. Hotel con una piscina stupenda e buon cibo. Con un parcheggio molto ampio. Camera molto spaziosa per 4 persone, molto pulito. Serata buffet con cibo abbondante e musica dal vivo.

Ottima posizione volendo a piedi in 15 minuti si è in centro . Parcheggio privato . Camere molto spaziose e nuove . Buona colazione . Personale gentile. Unica pecca che se si prende la camera sopra il ristorante le persone che escono all’esterno per fumare fanno molto molto rumore . Comunque consiglio .
