Staff not really helpful or friendly. Asked for decaf coffee in am, assured it would be there. Not there. Had to ask twice for decaf in am before received. No refrigerator coffeepot or micro in room. Basic breakfast. Over priced. But shower was great.

Unfortunately we can no loner recommend this property. We have stayed here many times as a convenient place to sleep on our way from SF to LA. During out last stay they were having issues with the fire alarm in the room next to ours starting just before 1 am which made it impossible to sleep. They insisted they could do nothing until they found the source of the problem and proceeded to go in and out of our room for almost 2 hours until giving us a room in a different part of the hotel. They did not have a manager on staff to make decisions quickly and felt that they resolved the issue even though we were kept awake for over 2 hours in the middle of the night. Their poor customer service and lack of support from ******* will have us rethinking any future bookings. Its unfortunate to see the property and customer service go down so quickly. Hope this helps you make an informed decision if you choose to stay here and use a third party for reservations.

This was a great little place to stay before our drive up the Grapevine. Highly recommend.

Very safe area and clean. My only complaint is the noise level. I could hear the neighbor talking on the phone.

The bath towels are horrible. Body towels are way too small, all the towels are like rubbing on sandpaper.

This hotel used to be our favorite on our way to Los Angeles. Today the worse, too expensive and bad, bad, bad experience with rude staff, who charge us more money, she said the third party website made a mistake with our reservation and staff was not willing to help us. We will never stay here again. Plus the room was very durty. Needs deep cleaning. Have pictures to prove it. Like i said it used to be different. Bad experience.

Suite pictured in room booking was nothing like the room. Pictures showed a counter with 2 seats to eat at, a couch and bed along the same wall with distinct areas. Room was small, couch perpendicular to bed, with cramped space. Shower was a hand held on a bracket that would not stay centered. Lighting was harsh. Limited outlet (1) and no usb ports available. Breakfast was sp****, packaged. Everything there was cheaply done. Microwave stopped working twice in 2 day stay. Staff was very cavalier, sating it is a Microtel. what did you expect. Expected what was pictured in the ******* booking sections. Even the literature for the outlet stores across the street picked up in the hotel lobby had coupons that expired in 2021. Never again. Build cheap, operate cheaply, you won't be around long. Place really ******

We always stay here the night before we head into LA for universal or Disneyland. Only thing is the pillows were really hard other then that great stay.

Great place to stay within 90 minutes north of LA, off I-5 just far enough to be quiet. Adjacent to food and fuel.
