Charming and convenient. Not a regular chain hotel with wide lobbies or crowds. The restaurant is the hot spot. No SPA service.

This hotel is not worth the price because of the terrible service. Do yourself a favor and read the other reviews. They cover it all. From the time you pull up until the time you leave you might as well be at a motel on the interstate the staff is untrained or poorly trained. It was a major disappointment considering the brand name and ownership.

Gorgeous hotel, but suffers from no lunch options in hotel for business travelers paying for convenience. “Mall” options only that you’re forced to go out for. Location near highways is tricky for walking. In bustling Buckhead, there are far better placed hotels.

The room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. But the refrigerator was sticky inside. Had not been cleaned lately. We also asked for a tooth brush to be brought up in the morning. Never got it. And our key cards quit working just after 10 am even though check out was at 11. The staff was incredibly friendly. And the place smells amazing. We got a deal to save $200 on this room. If we had to pay the entire amount, I would have been really upset. But overall it seems like a nice place.

The hotel charged me for the bar in the room though I didn’t use anything and ignored my request for a refund. I would not recommend this hotel at all because of the dishonesty. The room was clean and facility itself was awesome. But the service was awful. It was very disappointing experience as the hotel in other location was really great.

Amazing overnight stay. Hotel was immaculate and very impressive. Top notch customer service from all employees. Only slight I’d say is Nobu is the only restaurant they have & if you’re not into that you’ll have to seek food elsewhere.

The hotel is beautiful. It is very nicely located in Buckhead. The problem is their classifying. This is a five star hotel. I would consider it five stars as far as its appearance, but the three stars at best. We had a wonderful check in experience. We were greeted with hot tea. It was delicious the problems with this hotel is that they lack the ability to deliver 5 star service. I will list off the problems: the do not have any were in the hotel to buy coffee in the morning. There solution is to provide free coffee. Unfortunately the coffee in the lobby was really bad. It was as if they brewed it and forgot to change the coffee grounds. There was no milk or cream or diet, sugar or lids. We stayed two nights. We arrived at 3:00 o’clock check in. There is no food available until 5pm. Not even room service. I asked to speak to the concierge and they told me they did not have one. I asked who can book reservations for me so we can get something next door. The front desk said they would do it and call the room once done. They did not. I walked down stairs and asked how is the reservation coming and was told they forgot. Room was not cleaned the second day and was told that they were short staffed. So here is the thing as long as you expect 3 star service in a 5 star space the hotel is great. Just lower your expectations and it is nice relaxing hotel.
