Coylumbridge Resort Hotel Reviews

Unfortunately we ended vacating a day early. We were very disappointed with the hotel. The hotel felt very run down and not clean. There were rubbish and leaves in the corridors and staff just walk past it. Poor service and unfortunately a really bad experience. This meant we came to a decision to end our holiday and come back home early. The amenities sound good on paper but reality is there is very low maintenance and care put in.

Fantastic place

Set in a peaceful and lovely surrounding. Located near lots of interesting places like walking trails, the reindeer centre, etc. Room was clean and spacious.

It’s a good hotel , for visiting nature environment . Highly recommend

The hotel was fine with many amenities but the rooms were poorly cleaned specially in the bathroom with still hairs on the floor. Hotel staff was also not very helpful as we always had to wait a long time for something to be done.

Awesome, beautiful location but hotel looking alittle tired. Needing refurbished in some areas. Breakfast average and bar very expensive.Staff friendly. The rate of one night and breakfast for two reasonable but we booked the hotel for its location.

Hotel was greatly understaffed with long queues for check in and food. Food quality was poor. Beware extra charge for dogs. Staff although thin on the ground were very good.

The room window design flaw. Cannot close tied .. the staff is helpful We booked the hotel to use the pool. Nvr know need to book and pay extra … end up we dint use it

Got a nice room and cheaper breakfast thanks to booking through trip.com. Rooms are older but clean enough. Solid english breakfast with horrible coffee

Hotel was good, lots to do in the grounds and the kids enjoyed it. Room a bit dated but clean.

Location is great, staff very friendly and accommodating, beds very comfy and clean and spacious room with nice view. Down falls: the bathroom despite being clean was in very poor condition with chipped sink and chipped bath, needs attention, breakfast was very poor quality, coffee tasted awful, apple juice tasted like water, and cooked breakfast was very poor , I ended up having only jam and toast
