Staff were lovely and very helpful. Changing room for swimming pool is very small and has no secure locker. It needs to get updated

We were kept waiting at check in while the person on reception finished typing an e-mail. No acknowledgement of our existence whatsoever. We had read other reviews which said 'avoid room 44'. Guess what room we were given ? We requested a change of room, and were given room 45, next door ! Comfy bed was a plus. Breakfast was adequate. I had stayed here before, many years ago, when it was the Marine Court. Then it was a classy, well run establishment. Today, it has the appearance of a tired old lady still trying her best, but the make up is failing to hide the signs of age. The dining/conservatory windows still have a large 'M' on them for Marine Court. This is not an establishment worth over £100 per night. Sorry to say this, but do yourself a favour and hit the local Travelodge !

A spacious room with modern bathroom. There was a manual electric wall heater rather than central heating and room needed a bit of time to heat up when we first arrived. Comfortable bed and efficient shower. The cooked breakfast on Saturday wasn’t great but Sundays was better. Dinner was very good- varied menu and our meals were both nicely presented and delicious. Some of the decor is a bit old fashioned and colours clash. Staff very helpful and professional.

£150 a night for 2 single beds together?? Bath overflow leaking. Dinner minimum poor selection. Nice staff. Draught coke £4.50 and was awful tasting. Breakfast average 🙄 not worth the money. Jacuzzi not working

Room was a bit tired -carpet needed changed lots of stains and bed (2 beds put together) - rest of room was lovely but executive suite…..? Food was outstanding and the reception staff at night time was lovely and waiting staff incredible
