It is definitely better to choose the one with an open-air bath at this hotel. It's on the top floor, so you don't have to worry about noise from upstairs, and there's always hot water in the open air, so you can use it anytime from check-in to check-out.
The morning bath while soaking up the morning sun was the best.
There were four types of breakfast to choose from, and I chose the Japanese plate, and the two rice balls, miso soup, and salmon were delicious.
The welcome service drinks and late night snack (pizza) were also delicious.
I was a little disappointed that the ventilation fan in the toilet and the sauna didn't work...

cheap! Free parking! Breakfast included!
The ventilation fan in the bathroom was broken, but it was comfortable.

少し古い感じはしましたが快適でした。
冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫が有るといいのと、お湯が自動で止まる機能が直るといいと思います。
