The hotel is an enchanting haven, meticulously designed to ignite tranquility, relaxation and romance. We had a garden suite which also had an amazing view of the ocean beyond the grass of the garden. The decor exudes an authentic charm, blending classic elegance with modern comfort seamlessly. Each element is thoughtfully curated, reflecting a timeless sophistication that invites guests to unwind in style. The ambiance is warm and inviting, creating an atmosphere of relaxed refinement. From the tasteful furnishings to the subtle accents, every detail contributes to the overall sense of exceptional luxury and comfort. It's a space where tradition meets innovation, where guests can bask in the beauty of classic design while enjoying the convenience of modern amenities. The resort rooms are very large and spread out. We had tons of privacy. The gym offers a sanctuary for fitness enthusiasts. The restaurant we ate at had a special separate table that sits 2-4 by the fire, I would definitely recommend requesting that specific one. The secluded beach, with its soft sands and warm waters, invites moments of shared bliss and connection. There are huge terraced pools so you can have plenty of space. It was a dream for this introvert! The staff helping went above and beyond. Best of the best in Punta Mita! Thank you Sammi and team!

FRAUD! Do not stay here unless you want a horrible managerial experience and fraudulent charges on your bill that don't get resolved. I had multiple charges on my credit card that were $4,000 more than the bill I received at check-out. I have called the hotel 7 times and receive the same answer "a manager is unavailable but they will call you back." I have emailed the hotel with no help. I have stayed a luxury properties all over the world and I have never had this horrible of an experience. The property is lovely but not even close to worth the stress and headache of being fraudulently charged with no help to get it resolved.

Service and food are not what you expect from a 5 star. I would consider other properties. Took over an hour to get our bags delivered to our room. Room service took 2 hours and hamburger was raw. Rooms are pretty and big but that’s all I can say was great about the hotel it’s self.

This is an Auberge resort. Service, accommodations, and environment are wonderful. The staff makes it a point to address guests by name. 3 pools provide appropriate spaces for children as well as adults seeking peace and relaxation.

Property is very beautiful, but it’s very expensive once you’re there. Two black coffees were $18. Drinks at their casual restaurant are around $30 USD each before tip. Pool and beach are tough to beat though.
