I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. Shown in photos. Also the bathr

Just to dig money! We stay at this hotel for the second time. There are no questions to staff and food. But! With the hotel manager there was a terrible situation: We had 5 rooms, my guests (3 rooms), could not come because of cancellation of the flight. As the message was received, I went to the receptacle, asking to cancel their booking, the manager and the administrator told me that I still need to pay for the rooms. Although the booking of the room did not send the information where all this was scheduled. And for the first time I see such conditions of booking. After a long time of understanding of the relationship, I overpaid 330 manats for rooms where no one lived! I asked to show the rooms for which I paid, whether there was really no one living there, it turned out that 1 room had already sold and settled new guests. So I do not recommend choosing the hotel where managers lack human qualities!!!

Stayed in this hotel twice. Excellent location near the promenade. No settlement problems. The hotel staff always met at the entrance and accompanied to the room, personally explained everything. Clean, light, pleasant apartments with everything necessary. It was nice to have a balcony on which you could sit and enjoy the excellent view.

At that time, the road was being built, the hotel and Ctrip did not inform in advance, it was very inconvenient to arrive at the hotel. The noise downstairs is also very loud. But the hotel's bed and pillows are very comfortable and the service is good. The restaurant in the hotel is also very good.

First time using this hotel mainly due to the location and ease of getting to walk to work the following day. The hotel itself if great – nice and clean with all rooms being huge in size including good bed, TV refreshments and a decent bathroom. It’s a fair walk into the main Baku fountain square however on this occasion my work was around the corner from the marine hotel so perfect. – Would I use again? Certainly will – in fact I have reserved 2 future dates that coincide with my work, in fact the price is also amazing due to location – If you was there for the F1 you would be laughing as you could fall out of bed and be on the main track..

The first trip to Azerbaijan, I really hesitated for a long time when booking the hotel. Finally, I decided to book the Sheraton Baku International Travel Agency, which is very close to the ancient city subway station. In conclusion, it is correct to book the Sheraton Hotel in Baku International Travel Agency and the price is very high. 1. Very close to the ancient city subway station, about 10 minutes walk. It is also a ten-minute walk to the ancient city. There is an underground passage on the right side of the hotel gate, and after passing through the seaside park, you can see the Caspian Sea. The Caspian side room and restaurant can see the beautiful sea view, without any obstruction, watching the sunrise every day to eat breakfast, it is so happy. Very close to the carpet museum, a few hundred meters There is a big shopping mall and supermarket a few hundred meters away, so it is convenient to buy things. 4. There is also an episode in this stay. After I checked in on the same day, I found that the room was different from the room type I booked, and I responded to the front desk. As a result, there was just a big tour group that day without a room. Mr. Samad at the front desk and Elvira, the blonde beauty manager, actively helped us solve the problem, and gave us snacks, fruits, etc., and also attached a handwritten card. From here, it can be seen that the staff of the Sheraton Baku International Travel Agency are well-trained, and the staff communicate with each other and the upper and lower levels accurately and efficiently, giving the feeling that all employees are working together to provide the best service. And Elvira manager also often went to the restaurant to check the dishes, saw us dining, immediately came over to ask if there was any problem, how to rest. I have been employed by Japanese airlines for more than 20 years in Japan. I think Japan's service is world-class. I didn't expect to experience the service of the Sheraton Baku International Travel Agency in Azerbaijan. Besides, the restaurant is also very good, the breakfast is rich, the dishes are often changed, every chef is dedicated to the work, not only cooking, even the guests are paying attention to everything, once when the dishes, if not careful, the clip will touch the lighting on the dishes, Immediately the two chefs adjusted the lights above the dishes. The croissant pie is the most recommended in the bread. The freshly baked, crispy and very delicious. Of course, whole wheat and nut bread are also very good. Mr. Murad of the restaurant also greeted us in Chinese, often came to see what we needed, and then brought us hot coffee or tea. They were always paying attention to the guests and really felt their warm service. Regarding towels, mineral water, slippers, etc. Call the front desk, the handsome guy in the room service immediately sent it, very fast, stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Baku International Travel Agency for eight nights, every time it was like this, very good After this trip to Baku, Azerbaijan, I returned home, and I would like to thank all the hotel staff, led by the beauty manager Elvira, for making my trip have a lot of good experiences and new feelings. Next time I go to Baku, Azerbaijan, I hope to stay at the Sheraton Hotel Baku International Travel Agency. Thanks again to all the staff.

GGuest UserDuring my 13-hour layover in Baku, I chose to unwind at the Fly Inn Baku Hotel, seeking a relaxing break between flights. Discovered online and backed by positive reviews, the hotel exceeded expectations. The modern and clean ambiance, convenient service, and optional flexible check-in and check-out policies appealed to my preferences. The spacious rooms, well-stocked bathroom essentials, plush robes, and excellent modern gym contributed to a comfortable stay. The gym and pool not only provided excellent facilities but also allowed me to rejuvenate after a previous long-haul flight. Despite being in close proximity to the airport, the hotel maintained a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The exceptional Azerbaijani hospitality made me feel like an awaited guest, and the hotel's value for money was evident. While the slightly outdated furniture and bath tub were minor considerations, they did not significantly impact the overall positive experience. I recommend Fly Inn Baku Hotel for travelers seeking a peaceful layover, offering excellent amenities such as a spa, quiet lobby areas, spacious rooms with excellent glazing to minimize runway noise, and reliable Wi-Fi for those looking to work during their stay.

KKhan123Disappointed in all honesty. The room itself was as expected, nice design and very spacious. Housecleaning was below par as there was still rubbish on the floor after I had returned in the evening, 2 nights in a row. Had to wait a few minutes for the shower to get warm. No toothbrushes in the bathroom. Miscommunication between staff about payment which resulted in a very unnecessary late night phone call from the front desk. Further miscommunication about parcel delivery. One day it was brought straight to the room, the next day it was against hotel policy. Asked for help with luggage for check out, never came. Very far from the ritz experience.

NNixNaxPros : - Good location. Not too far from city centre/ town area/ nice restaurants. - Customer service was on par. The staff always greeted with a smile and provided help when needed. - Relatively clean room and environment. - Near a park with exercising equipment. Cons: - Breakfast was decent and was freshly prepared. However, it was a bit disappointing that they had the same layout and dishes throughout our 5-day stay. It would have been nice to see more breakfast options.

GGuest UserWe arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

Location: Excellent Personnel: Excellent Breakfast: Good - Excellent Overall: Excellent Our trip went nice and safe. Most of the Land Marks are within 15 - 20 min of walk-able distance. For tours, we have taken the help of Reception personnel in Baku and outside. We traveled by Taxi - best is to get a local SIM and download BOLT Application - not worth having a rented car especially at the rush hours... Airport is 20-25 min by car; pick-up and drop off from/to Airport was arranged by Reception personnel. Nice experience which we plan to repeat.

AAmmad KhalilOur Flight got cancelled due to visa issues, we went to a different hotel called MAAJID HOTEL in old city, Before yesterday we were here for 5 nights, after spending one night in maajid hotel we missed the amenities & luxuries we had in this hotel so early morning we decided to come back to AUSTIN HOTEL BAKU again because its in the heart of baku , every time whether its day or night you look outside the window, you see the world alive in nice dresses & good moods, i would say its the HILTON HOTEL OF VEGAS in Baku. No scam at all but please book this hotel only through trip.com because trip.com get you half price, i came here personally to check the price for a room , they quoted me a $100 night which is reasonable but i opened trip.com app & found the same room price in just $50 a night then i try to book & its done in just 1 minute. No Scam No overcharge Very friendly staff Staff is so good like they talk to you like they are your family members. GGuest UserThe hotel was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows the perfect thickness (I can't stand the over stuffed pillows that make your head lay at a 90 degree angle). The included breakfast had a LOT of options, including gluten free for my mom. The reason I'm only giving it 4 stars in that there was mildew in the bathroom and my parents room wasn't cleaned when we arrived at 11pm. They got an upgrade to a suite...but then they only had one towel in the bathroom. Just little stuff.

GGuest UserI took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, but the taxi driver made a mistake and took us to another Wyndham Hotel in a different area. No wonder the front desk couldn’t find our check-in information... Later, we contacted the Wyndham Hotel for our order, and we took a taxi again It was already very late when we checked in. The front desk helped us upgrade to a king-size bed room for free, and stayed for 2 nights later. The hotel is generally good, but if you don’t drive by yourself, you need to take a taxi to get in and out.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Bristol Hotel from 1st Sept to 5th Sept 2023, room No 103, in Baku was an absolute nightmare that stretched over four agonizing nights. Despite its touted central location, this ancient relic of a place doesn't even come close to resembling the ”hotel” it's advertised as online. It's more like a dingy rental hostel with delusions of grandeur. Let's talk about breakfast – a lackluster, uninspired routine that required us to play a waiting game at their absurdly inconvenient hours. And don't even get me started on the absence of room service or the complete absence of drinking water. It's as if they're actively trying to make your stay as miserable as possible. The rooms are laughably non-soundproof, and the pitiful window curtains do nothing to shield you from the relentless onslaught of intrusive light, especially with a blaring nightclub next door. The fact that management couldn't care less about replacing those curtains is infuriating. But wait, there's more! The bathroom lock decided to throw a wrench into my already dreadful experience. I found myself trapped inside the bathroom, envisioning a nightmarish scenario where my partner wasn't in the room to rescue me. Can you imagine being stuck in there for hours, or even days? In all seriousness, I implore you, in the strongest terms possible, to steer clear of this establishment. It's an absolute travesty, and you deserve far better for your stay.

AArtyom PetukhovWhen I checked in I was told the door is broken so I could not open it with the electronic key and they'll open it, but it's gonna be fixed the next day. Of course it was never fixed and I had to ask the staff to open it for me every time. Felt REALLY awkward. Then some day some random woman (she was working here I believe) just opened my door and walked in while I was in my room at midnight, saw me, said sorry and run away. What was that I have no idea, but it kinda gives you an idea about their take on privacy. The TV was not working, because the cable was literally torn apart, the WiFi broke down several times and one time it was more than 24 hours. The showerhead was broken, the water from the shower never went the way it supposed to, but straight to the floor, the toilet was not really attached to the floor (thankfully it was attached to communications). With that being said, I still think the hotel is okay for the price, the room was nice, big and clean and had a personal balcony and the staff were really friendly.
