Central Jakarta Hotels with Balcony

Booked the hotel to attend concert at stadium opposite them hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Security scanned bags before entering the hotel. Breakfast spread was good with quality Japanese food. Only down side was there was a leak from toilet bowl which was very smelly.

Excellent location with exceptional service. Everyone from the person welcoming us  at the entrance upon arrival to the last person who bid us goodbye had done so sincerely with a smile. Will definitely come back to stay!

This time, I won't review the hotel itself, as the whole of Indonesia already knows that this hotel is very beautiful, clean, and perfect. I just want to give a brief review of the service from the staff based on my observations, not as a guest staying there. Oh yes! Before that, for everyone's knowledge, I own a travel agency, and I booked rooms at this hotel for 2 nights for my clients, who are two VIP families from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They stayed in rooms 1701, 1703, 1709, and 1711. It's usual for me to personally accompany VIP clients to their chosen holiday destination, and this time they chose to go to Jakarta and Bandung. Naturally, the Grand Hyatt was their top choice. On the morning of the second day they stayed here, I arrived at the hotel as early as 7:00 am to check if my clients had gone down to the café for breakfast, but upon checking at the front desk, it turned out they were still in their rooms. At this time, I started interacting with one of the café staff members, whose name I forgot to ask. I inquired if there was any possibility of purchasing a drink at the café while waiting for my guests to come down for breakfast. Unfortunately, the staff member said there were no transactions during that time as it was reserved for hotel guests to have breakfast until 10:30 am. Understanding the rules of every hotel, I then asked if there was a place for me to wait. He then led me to a dining table outside the café and offered me a drink. I was very surprised because he offered me a glass of hot latte (I hope the hotel does not take action against him for giving me a free drink 😁). This kind of service can truly win the hearts of customers and greatly increase the likelihood of them returning. Thank you.

Very good swimming pool area. Room is very comfy and spacious. We ordered butter chicken from Room Service and it was very delicious. At the lobby, receptionists offered cookies which is very nice gesture.

Great hospitality , great service , all staff very kind, very helpfull .. many kids activity so we don’t need go outside and enjoying the stay 🥰🥰 Great food and we received so many compliment ❤️❤️ Very recomended hotel for families ❤️❤️

Changed 4 times before we settled in our room. At first, they put us in the old unrenovated room that smelly and feels very much creepy. Then they so called upgrade to deluxe room which also very creepy with strong damp carpets smell. At last, we have to top up almost double the amount we paid just to move to the renovated floor. They should have just tell us from the beginning instead if wasting almost an hour for us to go up and down to change room at almost 11pm! Hospitality & service of the housekeeping, bell boys & restaurant staff are excellent, but the from office could be better. Close by museum, Monas, easy to get taxi.

Highly recommended. Close to airport freeway, malls and the sports stadium/parklands. Helpful staff. Premium room was fine, plenty of towels etc. and free drinks in minibar. Access to Lounge (in Lobby) for a nice afternoon tea (small cakes) and best was the evening when can choose 1 of 3 main courses and a drink. No need to eat out. Busway and metro stops at end of road 15min walk. Use metro to cross road to access Pacific Pace mall and shops. Really nice relaxing atmosphere in secluded pool treed area which has outdoor bar. Tennis courts. Gym however is a fair hike on the other side in the Sultan Residences but accessible. Breakfast ok but as in most Indo hotels a limited European selection.

Very cosy, comfortable room with a separate sitting area and bedroom. Very private setting. Enjoyed breakfast buffet (ala carte option incl), ala carte lunch, and dinner during my stay. I would like to thank the following staff who were always welcoming, friendly & helpful: Nanda (breakfast), Aida (dinner), Agit (lunch & breakfast). They deserve recognition from hotel management for their efforts & dedication. Also, thanks to Adi (kitchen), who made a special Javanese herbal drink for me during breakfast. BTW- the oxtail soup was really tasty. Little glitches such as mosquitoes in the dining area were quickly followed with remedial procedures promptly. Gym & Pool at level 9 are of ”boutique size.” but clean & well maintained. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The service at Le Meridien Jakarta is impeccable. From the front desk to the cleaning attendants, they take pains to look at all the details, ensuring all the hotel-goers are well taken care of. If I have anything that I need to nitpick about the hotel, is probably the food. The breakfast buffet while has a big spread, I would say the food is average but it is good nonetheless.

Check in was so easy and fast! They had fruit infused water at the side as welcome drink. Perfect for a hot afternoon in Jakarta. The room was a lot bigger than expected and it was so cosy, I’d love to bring my family there some day!
