Orlando Hotels with Balcony

In a newly developed area. All facilities are new and smart (including light buttons/smart toilets, etc.). The four pillows seem to be at different heights, which is very considerate and comfortable. The mineral water provided by the hotel is very delicious. There are several good restaurants in the hotel. There are also very good coffee shops and a shopping mall within walking distance. What I don't like is that the place where the shower gel is placed in the bathroom is very low? The previous guest can step there to take a shower. It doesn't seem very hygienic to put the facial cleanser in these places~ Everything else is good. If you don't mind being a little far from the Disney park, I highly recommend this place~

We had a wonderful time staying here! The location is excellent – close to everything we needed, yet quiet and private. The room was very comfortable and fully equipped with everything for a long stay, including a well-stocked kitchen and laundry facilities. What really made the stay special were the amenities: a tennis court, a clean and well-maintained swimming pool, and plenty of open space for kids to enjoy. The building is very secure, with keycard access and 24/7 security, which gave us great peace of mind. This place is ideal for families looking for a long-term stay. It truly felt like a home away from home – we’d definitely come back!

In 2003, the Australian New Zealand trip began its first overseas trip. I have been to more than 50 countries for more than 20 years and have stayed in many hotels. This time the accommodation is the most satisfactory, with complete facilities, cleanliness, first-class environment, convenient transportation and satisfactory service. The suite we booked is very large with 79㎡, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything, it is great, the price is super high.

The hotel is cost-effective and it is very convenient to book the shuttle bus to Disneyland in advance. It is noisy at night because there is a bar on the first floor, but it is relatively quiet after the bar ends. The sanitary conditions are relatively good.

The hotel's base rate isn't that high; the main costs likely come from resort fees and the like. While its selling point is probably its proximity to Disney, a taxi ride there is definitely not cheap, easily costing $50 during peak hours. The hotel's layout is a bit like a motel, with rooms opening directly onto an outdoor corridor. The large windows compromise both blackout effectiveness and privacy. Service was mediocre, and I was assigned a room very close to the main road, making it quite noisy. The shower knob was so tight I couldn't even turn it. The shuttle bus picks up from many hotels, so a ride that should take 10 minutes can easily turn into 45, though it is free. The 7-11 next to the hotel was convenient for picking up essentials.

One of the best buffets in Orlando! Pool,Splash pad and slides for kids. Relaxing movie night at pool we saw little mermaid. walk across to Sea World. You will be charged $45 for resort fee and parking is $36 dollars self park !

We spent 2 nights there. The location is great, just 15 minutes drive to the Parks. The territory is big, beautiful. there are many facilities (like BBQ zones, pools, hot tub). the apartment is furnished with everything you need (washing and drying machines, kitchen, bath etc.). The apartment needs some renovation - the furniture is a bit worn-out. Our stay there could have been pleasant unless the service: at the check-in we were offered 150$ as a gift for new customers if we attend a tour around the hotel. we agreed. The following day we arrived at the meeting point, filled some papers, they took 1$ from our bank card (to check if it works) and then we were given another bank card with 150$ deposit. Then a manager came and told us that as not all of us speaks english fluently, they refuse giving the tour, and charge 150$ from our card. We asked to call the head manager, she arrived only 30 minutes later, took the gift card and gave us the receipt only when we said we were going to call the police. To conclude, we wasted more than an hour, didn't get any apologies for such unprofessional behaviour. although the hotel itself is good, the behaviour of the staff is far below the level of Sheraton. not recommended

The receptionist also responded politely! I didn't understand English and I was often worried, but the staff were very polite and kind. Even in situations where the language was difficult to understand, he explained with a smile and explained in an easy-to-understand manner, and I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. Thanks to my detailed concerns, I am really grateful to be able to stay comfortably. I would like to use it if I have another chance.

This was a terrible experience. 1. I confirmed with the hotel 2 days prior to my arrival they we would be there and they confirmed my reservation. 2. Date of arrival our flight got delayed. I contacted the hotel and confirmed my late arrival due to flight delay. They confirmed. 3. We arrive and the hotel didn’t have a room for us of the type we paid for. Fortunately they had a room but we’d have to move the next day. 4. We were compensated with free parking. That was appreciated. 5. Moved to our new room and the stench that came from the pullout bed cannot be described. It eas horrible. The entire room was filled by the pungent odor. Of course, this was discovered at night. 6. Spoke to the night manager and asked if they could swap the mattress out or change rooms and they said not likely. They gave me some points. Gee, that took care of the smell… 7. Next morning an older gentleman was on staff as manager and he was on it when I spoke with him. He had the maintenance crew in the room within 20 minutes. They took out the old mattress and replaced it with an almost new looking one. You get what you pay for. Though they resolved our issues we decided to leave half way thru our trip. It was not worth it. The rooms are not in good condition as they appear on their website. I appreciate their effort but to have to struggle with the staff multiple times, not worth it. We ended up staying at a WDW property with of course, we should have done since the beginning.

I dialed room service or guest service center (using the room phone set) three times. None of them were answered. I wonder how come Sheraton has such good service like this? I finally solved one of the issues myself but still pending one. Secondly, when I went back around 11:50pm, I consulted front desk regarding the shuttle bus time schedule to Disney. I was told to look for the time table myself which was put on another counter. Although I can go there checking it myself but I don’t think this is the right way Sheraton treats its customers.
