4-Star Hotels in Orlando

In a newly developed area. All facilities are new and smart (including light buttons/smart toilets, etc.). The four pillows seem to be at different heights, which is very considerate and comfortable. The mineral water provided by the hotel is very delicious. There are several good restaurants in the hotel. There are also very good coffee shops and a shopping mall within walking distance. What I don't like is that the place where the shower gel is placed in the bathroom is very low? The previous guest can step there to take a shower. It doesn't seem very hygienic to put the facial cleanser in these places~ Everything else is good. If you don't mind being a little far from the Disney park, I highly recommend this place~

In 2003, the Australian New Zealand trip began its first overseas trip. I have been to more than 50 countries for more than 20 years and have stayed in many hotels. This time the accommodation is the most satisfactory, with complete facilities, cleanliness, first-class environment, convenient transportation and satisfactory service. The suite we booked is very large with 79㎡, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything, it is great, the price is super high.

＜ Pros ＞ 1. Very big and good to visit and play only at the hotel 2. There are several swimming pools, slides and ridge pools. Good for playing in the water 3. There's a Starbucks and a souvenir shop in the lobby, and a convenience store in the basement. 4. Friendly staff 5. There is a shuttle bus to Disney (need to book) 6. Email reply is fast 7. Rooms are clean and tidy ＜ Cons: ＞ 1. I asked the front desk staff to add breakfast, but I used it because I just used it and paid later, but I had to tip the server who set the breakfast table. (Server asks you to check the price and tips) I was a little bad because I didn't add it for this. 2. The hotel site is large, so you have to take the shuttle bus to and from the parking lot and the hotel when you park yourself. 3. I checked in in the afternoon, but the front desk staff didn't provide and guide me when I checked in that I needed a bracelet even though the water park was available the next morning. 4. You may have to line up very long due to group guests such as conferences at dinner and check-out time. 5. Of course, everything is expensive 6. Shuttle is free but there is a hassle to book on the site, and there is no shuttle bus service often It's not good considering the price, but it's a good hotel if you want to heal and wander in the hotel all day! There was a regret in terms of guidance, but the staff are friendly and the sunset and water park restaurants ㅎㅎ It's a good hotel to feel like I'm in a resort ~ However, if you want to go to the amusement park, it would be nice to avoid that period and make a reservation!

We spent 2 nights there. The location is great, just 15 minutes drive to the Parks. The territory is big, beautiful. there are many facilities (like BBQ zones, pools, hot tub). the apartment is furnished with everything you need (washing and drying machines, kitchen, bath etc.). The apartment needs some renovation - the furniture is a bit worn-out. Our stay there could have been pleasant unless the service: at the check-in we were offered 150$ as a gift for new customers if we attend a tour around the hotel. we agreed. The following day we arrived at the meeting point, filled some papers, they took 1$ from our bank card (to check if it works) and then we were given another bank card with 150$ deposit. Then a manager came and told us that as not all of us speaks english fluently, they refuse giving the tour, and charge 150$ from our card. We asked to call the head manager, she arrived only 30 minutes later, took the gift card and gave us the receipt only when we said we were going to call the police. To conclude, we wasted more than an hour, didn't get any apologies for such unprofessional behaviour. although the hotel itself is good, the behaviour of the staff is far below the level of Sheraton. not recommended

Stayed here for 7 days, the overall feeling is good, the room is clean, the bed is moderately hard and soft. There are many fast food near the hotel, and there are also convenience stores where you can buy drinks and drink slowly in the refrigerator. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Disney and Universal, but the time is very strange. The bus to Disney is more than 10 o'clock in the morning, and it is 7:05 in the morning. Go to Disney's Lyft, because I want to enter the park early. There are also hotels that do not clean the room every day. If you need to clean, you need to tell the front desk in advance. The hotel has 3 places with free self-service washing machines and dryers. It is very convenient to bring your own washing powder. Another small defect, the hotel is not very soundproof, can hear the sound of the next door very clearly. If you can, don't choose the first floor. There is a garbage bin on the first floor. Many people throw garbage. Very noisy.

The inly thing I could fault was the signage to anywhere. There are none. We walked 30min. Round two hotels. For what should have been a few minutes cause once of the boat taxi for the first time no signed for lobby or anything. Same in morning sign to water taxi then no sign to say get life to floor one. Tbh this seems to a standard thing round universal. No sign or basic sign to everything toilets hotel rides. But have to say hotel was amazing and clean and would stay again. Ashley it early check in and late collection was very helpful

The receptionist also responded politely! I didn't understand English and I was often worried, but the staff were very polite and kind. Even in situations where the language was difficult to understand, he explained with a smile and explained in an easy-to-understand manner, and I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. Thanks to my detailed concerns, I am really grateful to be able to stay comfortably. I would like to use it if I have another chance.

The room was as clean and tidy as always, and I slept really well. I spent two days at Universal Studios right next door, and the hotel conveniently offers a scheduled shuttle bus service. The service was excellent. I would definitely choose other DoubleTree by Hilton hotels again. Thank you! 🥰

I dialed room service or guest service center (using the room phone set) three times. None of them were answered. I wonder how come Sheraton has such good service like this? I finally solved one of the issues myself but still pending one. Secondly, when I went back around 11:50pm, I consulted front desk regarding the shuttle bus time schedule to Disney. I was told to look for the time table myself which was put on another counter. Although I can go there checking it myself but I don’t think this is the right way Sheraton treats its customers.

The room was pretty spacious, AC was a bit too loud. The receptionists are very friendly, each guest receive a free and warm DoubleTree cookie at check-in and check-out. Beware that everything is kinda far away, the next 7-eleven is in like a 20 min walking distance. If you take a Lyft/Uber it will take you ~5 min.
