We had booked 3 bungalows, all at the same price. 2 of them were very nice and spacious, the 3rd was tiny, old and dark. I asked to change but not possible. Disastrous reception. The staff is unfriendly, not a smile. They ask us if we want them to clean the room after a day. We say yes, which seems to upset them a lot. Even making us breakfast seems to exasperate them. They try at the end of our stay not to apply the price agreed at the time of booking! Fortunately we had an exchange of messages proving our words But the manager was once again very unpleasant, and even more so when he had to apply the price discussed! The bungalows are next to a dive shop. Every morning, between 5:50 and 6:05 a.m., they load the bottles and make a hellish noise. Obviously this woke us up every morning. Then between the chatter of employees, the incessant meows of half a dozen cats begging for food all day long and the noise of the road, it's difficult to go back to sleep! In short, I will never return to this hotel!

A aimé · L'emplacement et les extérieurs de l'hôtel. La vue plage est top. La Piscine est magnifique mieux que sur les photos de booking. Le petit déj est bon. Le style "recup" est sympa. N'a pas aimé · Aucun rangement dans la chambre, une armoire ou commode, et un porte serviette dans la chambre serait souhaitable. Aucune pression de la douche. Les murs ont plusieurs taches marrons, donc cela ne fait pas très propre. Les draps ont pas mal de taches. Un gel douche et savon seraient les bienvenus dans la chambre. De plus, certains personnels sont souriants mais la plupart nous parle que pour nous vendre des excursions à des tarifs très cher. Le potentiel n'est pas exploite à son max.

Petit hôtel sur la plage, agréable mais cher pour ce que c'est. J'ai passé 3 nuits le ménage n'a jamais été fait, il fait demander de l'aide pour les bagages....par contre pour essayer de vous vendre une excursion snorkeling ils sont là ! Les chambres sont spacieuses mais le clim est dirigée sur la tête de lit, j'ai du refaire le lit de l'autre côté, tête aux pieds pour éviter la névralgie au réveil. Bruyant, pas isolé thermiquement non plus donc la clim tourne à fond mais l'air frais s'échappe. Pas de serviette pour la piscine.
