Jukung Guest House is a lovely boutique style guest house with a choice of room types. The shower had hot water and the aircon was comfortable for me. There's a fan and mini fridge in each of the rooms. The mermaid suite was the perfect size for an 8 night relaxing holiday. I just walked 3 steps from my room to hop in the pool. The pool area was clean and tidy and the water fresh and clear. The guest house lent itself to a relaxing break. I liked that I was only about a 6 min walk down to the main road through Sanur and another 8 min walk down to the promenade and the beach, with along the way so many choices of places to eat and hang out. The breakfast offered is substantial for the cost being paid. Very good value. There's a sports bar across the lane and a couple of places to eat a few hundred paces from the front door as well a laundry that had clothes back by 5pm. It really is a great place for a longer holiday. Evi and her staff were very attentive and available to answer any questions. The photos from the website are pretty true to what it is. There are two mermaid suites, 3 starfish and half a dozen dolphin standards. These are upstairs and my suggestion is if you have knee issues I wouldn't book one of these. The stairs are quite deep. This is not the place for wild parties every night. I would stay here again for the location and the quietness at night. Very good value all round.

Have stayed here twice before, no problems. This time not so good. 2 mornings no water ie. No toilet! No communication from staff about the problem. Air con and fridge Olson and noisy and both need a good clean. However beds are good. Shame cause it used to great. Many other places nearby.
