The hotel is basic and does the job for a short term stay. Rooms are basic and small. The breakfast is adequate and has fruits and drinks which do the job to keep you going!

Always stay here when passing through to the airport. Location is ideal for the airport or stay in Kuta area. Rooms are always clean and spacious, great service.

Every member of your team, from the reception staff to the concierge, waiters, and housekeeping, was extraordinarily professional and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well-cared for. The level of service was truly outstanding, and I would rate it a perfect 5/5 without hesitation. I would also like to personally acknowledge individuals such as Serina, the kind gentleman at the café, and the housekeeping team. Their dedication and warmth made our stay even more special and memorable. That said, I’d like to bring to your attention a minor concern. While I understand that the local humidity can occasionally lead to pests, we did notice the presence of a few roaches during our stay. I consider this a very small issue, but one worth mentioning. As my family owns several hotel chains in Malaysia, I truly understand the importance of maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards, particularly when it comes to pest control.This is not as a criticism, but as a suggestion for improvement, as I genuinely care about the continued success and growth of the hospitality industry. Stark Hotel is a stunning property with a unique and elegant design, and it holds immense potential. ✈️ Best Stay in Kuta – Convenient & Comfortable! Currently, this is my top choice for staying in Kuta. It’s very close to the airport, which is super convenient — especially after traveling through other parts of Bali and needing a smooth airport transfer. 🛬 The environment is clean, the price is affordable, and everything just feels easy and comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back again, and I highly recommend it to my friends too! If you’re looking for a stress-free stay near the airport — this is it. 🙌🌴

It was nice hotel like 4 star we can say, just AC had timing set thats off after certain time thast was the problem but other all things were awesome, at top floor with swimming pool and buffet breakfast also good enough

The hotel room was okay, and the location was right opposite a mall but had to cross a huge road to access the mall. The room we had was facing the road at the back of the hotel, which had traffic jams frequently, so there was a lot of noise from the road which disturbed our sleep and rest. There weren't some basic amenities provide as well such as toothbrush and hand soap. Initially, we had issues with the aircon in our room, but after informing the front desk, they sent a technician to fix the issue. The hotel staff we encountered were also nice and we could store our luggage at the from desk. However, the breakfast was a no go, there were flies everywhere around the food. The food also ran out fast even though we arrived very early, and there were barely any refills. Plates, utensils, and cups were also not clean and oily. It feels like they were very understaffed.

Booked 1 night after arrival, short walking distance from the airport. Good price-quality ratio, liked the food variety at breakfast. The only thing that I dislike were the towels - very old, grey and with stains.

Booked a pool access room for 7 days but on arrival was told it wouldn't be available for 3 nights. They said there was an issue with booking company (trip.com) not sure how accurate this was. Regardless we were vupgraded into a suite for the first 3 nights Room was beautiful, but a long way from the pools compared to the pool access room. Worst part was that we needed to find something to do between room changes for 5 hours. Hotel could do with a refurbish, looking a bit old, particularly the white crockery trolleys at breakfast that looked quite dirty, and filled with clean plates. Food was good at breakfast but didn't vary much over the 7 days. Eg: maybe guava or apple juice instead of pineapple and orange every day. Also pineapple in the fruit section would be great.
