The resort was clean & the staff are very friendly, very helpful. Beautiful design, however, the light is quite dark. Near Kuta Beach, and very close to airport. It took us only 10 mins to get to airport. Also bear Discovery Mall, only 5-10mins walking distance. The buffet breakfast was ok as not many options. Many pools inside the resort. Kid clubs have small pool for kids as well.

Best resort hotel we have ever stayed at! We ended up staying for 18days in this resort as it really gave us that home feeling during our stay there. The staff were really friendly and always made sure the guests enjoyed their stays here. Food for breakfast was filled with so much option and varieties from western to Asian food. The level of hygiene was outstanding, everywhere was really clean whether it’s your room or all the facilities around the resort. We really did not have the feeling to go out of the resort as everything was there. They have three huge pools, bikes to lend, spa, gym, restaurant and what was the highlight for us was the small beach areas behind the resort. It just felt like a private beach for us that you could just go out to the beach and come back for the pool, extremely convenient. The whole team did such an amazing job to make our stay unforgettable. We would love to come back again in the future. Would highly recommend it.

Very close to the airport. If you are staying overnight at Bali to transfer to other places, this would be a good choice. Food is good. Staff are friendly. The only thing I don’t like is that the hotel is very humid and the cover, pillow all feel wet, which are not ideal.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it remains a great choice. Its prime location, just a short ride from the airport and close to Kuta Beach, is a major plus. You can also easily walk to the Beachwalk Shopping Centre. Unfortunately, we couldn’t book a SPA session again, as the next available slot was a week away due to high demand. The breakfast, however, continues to impress with its quality and variety.
