We absolutely loved the hotel; it’s worth every penny spent! This is an experience everyone should try at least once in their life. Delicious restaurants, wonderful staff. We will definitely return there again!

it's about average hotel room that looks like castle on the outside. Please save your money. You can get the views of the mountains in any hotel. Concierge service is not useful/helpful. All of the restaurants are pre booked depending on when you visit, so you don't even get to enjoy the overpriced average food. TLDR: overpriced and not worth it, save your money. You can visit the hotel for the restaurants and shops while not paying exorbitant fees.

The exterior is as beautiful as a castle, and the beds and bedding in the guest rooms are the best. The staff is friendly, the food at the hotel restaurant is the best, and the price is reasonable. The Rocky Mountains seen from the pool are a work of art. If you stay here, you don't have to go to the hot springs separately.

The gold room has good treatment, with rich afternoon tea, desserts, wine and breakfast, but the bathroom is too small, the toilet and shower room are in conflict, it is very uncomfortable to use the toilet, and the washbasin is also small, not as comfortable as the Japanese style.

I have stayed at the Fairmont Chateau Quebec and the Lake Louise Hotel. This time I went to Banff and booked this castle hotel. Although the castle hotel is very expensive and the rooms are not big, it has a strong sense of history. Walking in the hotel lobby and corridors, you can appreciate the local historical monuments of Banff, and standing in the hotel garden, you can enjoy the unbeatable scenery. The hotel is very large, and the restaurant was built in 1892. The steak is especially good! It is not far from other places in Banff, and it is nice to experience the castle life.

Some rooms in the Castle Hotel are relatively old, and if you check in late, you will be assigned a more remote room. After asking, you can change to a new room. The hotel overall is OK but it is far from the city center. 

As expected, this is the best hotel in Banff. Every single piece of furniture was so beautiful that it felt like I had traveled back in time to a medieval castle😊 The room was small‼ I had seen information on YouTube beforehand, but it was a very spacious room, contrary to my expectations. It even came with a bathrobe, and it was the best room😊👌 For dinner, I went to a place called "Randle Bar" and had "beer", "shrimp salad", and "beef tartare". This was also great😍 The "chili pork" I ordered as an extra wasn't that great😅 I got up early in the morning and watched the sunrise over Cascade Mountain from the courtyard. It was the best‼️ For breakfast, I went to a restaurant called "stock", which opens at 6am, and had a hearty "B.E.L.T. sandwich" and cafe au lait, which was delicious and filling. The flight from Narita was delayed, so we didn't arrive in Banff until around 19:30, and the next morning we had to leave the hotel at 08:30 for a tour, so it was a shame that our stay was so short 😰 Next time, I'd like to check in early and stay in the hotel until the last possible moment 👍😊

It's a small suite with a pretty good environment. After the snow, it's like being in a fairy tale world! The hotel is also within walking distance of the center of Banff. The steakhouse is delicious and the service is good. I look forward to staying longer next time!

The room is very spacious and clean. The supporting services and facilities are very user-friendly. We experienced the hotel's history, the hotel's three-hour free bicycle activity, etc. The lobby butler was very professional and patient, and carefully introduced us to various dining, entertainment, and outdoor sports services. I will stay here again in the future.

The C P value is not high, and the accommodation fee is high, but in fact, you have to pay for the use and environment provided. The cheapest parking fee is 35 Canadian dollars a day (5 minutes walk from the hotel). Compared with other hotels, it is not better, whether it is cleanliness or is the equipment provided. The only view is priceless! It's very different from other Lake Louise hotels in the same series. I don't recommend this one.

Facilities: Newly renovated Hygiene: OK Environment: Needless to say, first-class Service: Valet parking, the parking lot is a few minutes away, and you have to pay to park! There are several restaurants in the hotel! The lobby and exterior are both antique! Worth a visit!
