Terrible experience, it felt like I’m staying in a motel without category, hotel is old and smelly, everything in the room is old. Shower is very old too. Check in and check out procedures will take ages, will wait in the line as at the airport and then very slow registration process, although staff is very polite and nice. Lobby looks grandiose but in reality all looks very old. Windows in the room were incredibly dirty and the room view unpleasant. The only surprisingly positive moment is breakfast, despite bad coffee the choice of options is incredible, looks like lunch buffet and the food is tasty. Before checkout at 12 pm at 11:35 I had 2 calls within 3 minutes from reception with information that I need to check out, I said I know that at 12, they said it’s just a reminder, never had this before, weird. Located within 5 min walk to Nana BTS. Overall, I’ll never stay here again even if the price is cheap.

my stay here was decent. it’s a nice and simple serviced property situated in a convenient location. easy to walk around. there was a misunderstanding about whether my booking included breakfast or not so i ended up paying almost $20 for a single omelette. i was in a rush to go to the airport so couldn’t be bothered going back and forth about it and just paid.

Staff were mostly very friendly and greeted or acknowledged us when they see us which felt very welcoming throughout the stay. The drop-off point was always with at least one staff who will be very proactive and alert to guide or open all the car doors throughout the day, even late at night. Housekeeping was very very impressive, rooms were very well maintained and cleaned properly everyday. Happened to meet one housekeeping lady one morning and she was super bright and cheery when she greeted and checked with us if she can clean the room. She definitely made the start of the day so happy and delightful! Unfortunately, we were there at the period that the hotel was doing maintenance works for the outdoor pools (not swimming pool) and also wasn't able to visit the level 20 outdoor restaurant as it kept raining. Therefore, we were unable to take any pretty pictures of the views which was one of the regrets we had. But that was secondary as we did experienced one of the best service and enjoyed the beautiful and clean interiors, which was my best stay in all the years I had visited Bangkok and visiting different hotels. Overall, I am so impressed with the positive vibes and smiles of all your staff. The professionalism and service levels were all in line throughout all levels and kept high regardless whether it was concierge, front desk, security or housekeeping staff. Would definitely stay again and hope that the standard will be maintained and blow my mind away again on my next visit!

Very good location next to the Ratchathewi BTS station. Compare with room and price is reasonable in middle level. Lobby feeling bit grand style and I love staff service. The buffet breakfast quality is good and many choices. I saw hotel guests much international. In room no hot water, coffee and tea things supply are let me a bit disappointed. In overall, I highly recommend to book again when go to Bangkok.

The room is clean and they give you everything you need: fridge, safe, towels, qtips...everything! The check i. Is pretty quick and it's easy to call a Grab to move around. There are a few restaurants and currency exchange shops in the road nearby, but not much to do. I would recommend if you don't mind moving around with Grab or a scooter.

My 2nd stay at this hotel. My wife likes it very much. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is within close proximity to a lot of street food options and a 5 mins walk to the nearest MRT station. Icon Siam is also very close to the hotel. Will come back again to this hotel in the future. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one.

Take Chiang Mai to Bangkok to Red Velvet to Bangsue Station. The hotel is located near Bangsue Railway Station. You can walk to the hotel in 10 minutes from Gate 1. You can transfer to MRT there or take the Red Express Line directly to Don Muang Airport or take the train to other places. There is a bus station in 5 minutes' walk. It is a 12-15 minute walk from DDmal, where there is also MRT Kamphaeng Phet Station. Exit 3 is Or Tor Kor Market and 7-11, which have a lot of food and fruits. Next to it is Chatuchak Weekend Market. If you want to city walk, you can also go to JJmail and Mixt Chatuchak to go shopping and buy souvenirs. There are three parks there, Chatuchak Park, Queen Sirikit Park, etc., or walk to BTS Saphan Khwai There is a big bigc supermarket over there, and there is also a money exchange business over there. You have to take off your shoes when you enter the hotel. The front desk lady who helped with the check-in was from Myanmar and was very enthusiastic and cute. You need to pay a deposit of 500 baht to get the room card, and you can get a bath towel. She will take it to the room and introduce the corresponding facilities and equipment. The indoor floor is very clean. There are only two floors in total. The girls' room on the first floor is very quiet. Except for someone snoring, remember to bring earplugs. The air conditioning is sufficient, the bedding is great and the cushion is super comfortable. I slept very well for three nights. Someone will check in at midnight, and the boy on duty will take him into the room. Please pay attention. There are toilets for girls and men and women, and showers for girls and men and women. Girls should try to use the girls'. I went to mix them and smelled smoke, but the hotel had put a no-smoking notice in the toilet the next day. The cleanliness is very good, and the toiletries are co-branded hotel essential oils Special laundry service, super comfortable, very high-end, the design and grade of the hotel decoration are all in line with star-rated hotels. If you go out by motorcycle, it is very convenient to go anywhere, including the Siam business district. Try to bring more food when you come back, because you can stay for a day, it is really comfortable. If you wash clothes, there is a very small area at the end of the second floor with three coin-operated washing machines and two racks for drying. There are relatively few services for washing and drying. Overall, it is a hotel that is not highly recommended but worth going to. After walking through the location, you will find that it is really great~

A bit out of the way from shopping centres, bars & airport, everything is 30-45 minute grab away, which are cheap enough but with how bad the Bangkok traffic can be, it can be doubled in time unless you get a grab bike which is not possible when taking your luggage to airport lol. Overall, hotel was a good stay, it was comfy, it was clean, 7-Eleven within 2 minute walking distance. Gym had 1 x Treadmill, 1 x Bike, 1 x Cross-trainer so a little disappointing no machines / free weights, but that’s just being picky. I’d score 3.5/5 👍🏼

Hotel is in the prime location but as per the photos in the app while booking it was not like same. This is first time when a hotel charge for luggage handling when you checkout and go for 3 to 4 hours outside before taking the flight. Beds are making sound while you take a side also.
