This is a room that must have been built a long time ago. It is old but probably needs some renovation. The bathroom smells like pipes. The shower head with hot and cold water is difficult to use. The towels have been used until they are rotten. When the maid cleaned, she must have left the door open, which is why there were a lot of mosquitoes coming in. I got bitten by mosquitoes in many places, so I didn't get much sleep.

The place looked very different from the pictures. The building looked a bit old. But everything was super clean. The staff was amazing. The room was clean and the location was amazing. Close to Khao Sand Road(5min walk).
There was elevator available and we didn’t have time to get in the swimming pool but it looked nice.
If you need hairdryer, it’s available is you ask in the counter.
I had a good experience~ even if the pictures were different.

This is my second times with this hotel I was feel unhappy with the Receptionist….some of staff service no smile, they discriminated with foreigners better than people same local and no recommend or no give hotel facilities.
I booked included breakfast 2 days and added extra bed and breakfast for 1 persons but the receptionist didn’t give more towels and water…no info eating room 😞😞😞 I have breakfast on first day and had a staff told me can eat only 2 person….They don’t know that I paid for another person…because the receptionist didn’t tell them…..
hotel is good but staff service should be improve

Has to help this hotel to clarify a bit
The location of this hotel is amazing and convenient as transportation is excellent and you can choose the boat, BTS gold line to avoid the traffic jam.
The boat can reach a lot of places.
The electric plugs are also excellent as there are usb and multi-national plugs.
The water pressure in toilet is also excellent with different modes.
I have been to 30 countries with different hotels experience. This hotel security is great.
The hygiene here is great but the ventilation in toilet has to be improved. And also the sound isolation.

We stayed here as part of our hotel-hopping experience in Bangkok. We stayed at AGO Chinatown Hotel, Park Hyatt, Capella, and Four Seasons. (All reviewed separately). It was difficult to choose from the plethora of hotels in Bangkok but we selected this one based on its proximity to Chinatown and the quality of the Breakfast served. This small hotel is brand new, yet has a quaint and boutique feel. The owner has decorated the lobby with family heirlooms and antique furniture. I could tell this is a labor of love. The cosy rooms are neat and comfortable, with wood floors, new showers, and Villeroy & Boch sinks. Our room was facing the canal, not quite Venice or Amsterdam, but delightful nonetheless. I slept well on the firm bed that is typical in Asia. The highlight of our stay was their farm-to-table breakfast. The Signature Smoothie was one of the best smoothies I've ever had. It's made from fresh kale harvested from their garden, pineapple and banana. They had my favorite congee with homemade Thai dishes by a local chef. Their garden salad with sesame dressing is a must-try. They also offer gourmet coffee, cappuccino and espresso. Frankly, their breakfast alone was worth the room rate, which I feel is an absolute steal. The owner Vee was kind enough to give us a guided foot tour of the historical area adjacent to the hotel. He also recommended some amazing street food and restaurants near the hotel. We tried the best Boat Noodles, Michelin star Pad Thai, Crab Fried Rice, Shark Fin Soup (sorry animal lovers) and went to an open-air restaurant with wine, steak, and jazz music. There's also delicious Suckling Pig and street-food galore in Chinatown. This is the best hotel for Foodies in Bangkok!

This hotel is worth every penny, offering a fantastic location, exceptional staff, and the added convenience of a free tuk-tuk service that makes exploring the area even easier. The only thing that would make it even better is if Coco Lima Restaurant offered a wider variety of breakfast options. That said, their waitresses were incredibly attentive, especially Jane, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay.

I've reserved total of 2 rooms for myself and my colleague on September 6th for September 24th stay.
I showed up at hotel receiption on 9/24 and provided my passport for name verification on my reservation
The receiption clerk checked and told me the reservation was cancelled.
I asked her to check again using my booking name, she again told me the reservation was cancelled and asked me to check with Trip.com
I checked the email record and did not received any notification of any change to my reservation or change of reservation number, So I checked with trip.com via my app and called the customer service, although it is troublesome as but he customer service was helpful and provided me with an updated reservation number to check with hotel.
The hotel clerk tookk another few minutes walking in and out of the back room and took some times process the room through computer.
I can see the customer lining up behind me have gotten more and more impatient, eventually after another few minutes the clerk gave me the room key.
The next day when I checked out, I left eh key at the counter and about to leave, the same clerk insisted me to stay and wait for her to contact hotel people to check the room, after another few minutes the clerk then told me ”OK you can leave”
Overall the room itself was ok, but the interaction with rreceiption clerk was really awful, and really concern if my reservation number would change without notice that I will need to call trip.com everytime I check in to hotel that I reserved in the future to clarify my reservation is confirmed. :(

Well, this is my second stay at this hotel in 3 months time.
This time I got a room with a bath tub which is absolutely fine with me. However, there is no rack or shelf for the shower gel and shampoo, so I need to bend over 90 degrees for several times in a shower which is quite annoying. The sink also has a long hair from a previous lady guest. Photo attached for details.
Other than the bathroom, the mattress is also a bit too soft especially by the edge, so I need to sleep in the center of the king size bed to avoid a bad back in the morning.
Secondly, the same old issue happened again (it happened in my last visit in July) as the room maid took the room key away from the slot by the entrance of my room, to save energy I presumed
This time I have no choice but to run down to the front desk and addressed the happening to the asst. Front office manager. I need to reiterate to her and she agreed that is not the proper action to do in view of the security of my room.
Later on, Ms Paantayamon, the manager sent me a fruit plate and chocolate to compensate for the inconvenience caused. I sincerely urged her to conduct more training to the room maids of their uwnprofessional behavior to take room keys away from any guest rooms. It posed a security issue if the key is in the wrong hands.
Finally, I hope the hotel looks into this seriously before any theft or loss happens due to the key being taken away from a guestroom.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel!
The staff were welcoming and helpfull.
The hotel is new and very clean.
The quietness of the hotel was also a standout feature – I slept peacefully every night without any disturbances.
Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from.
If I had to mention two minor drawbacks, it would be that the swimming pool was a bit smaller than expected and could get crowded at times. Additionally, the free tuk-tuk service, while convenient, had a schedule we didn't manage to understand. ( Thumbs up though for Jack, the driver)
Despite these small points, I still had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Outstanding
JJkoh1Good location. Directly linked to MBK (via level 2) and National Stadium BTS. There’s a 7-11 at level 1. Modern and clean room. Buffet breakfast spread was good and some food items were changed daily. Go before 9am to avoid queues. Can reach Siam square, Siam paragon in less than 15min walk. However sound proof is quite bad. Can hear the traffic sound at night on level 19
GGuest UserGreat hotel and great staff. We were well looked after by concierge Pai and his guys, and the cleaning, pool and front desk staff were all competent, friendly and helpful. My wife lost her phone and they found it for her; it rained and they had umbrellas for us and helped book taxies and Grab cars. The hotel is very new and the room was super modern and very well decorated, with a big new TV and great amenities. The bed was superb and the pillows were to die for. We were there for a week and this was one of the best hotel stays we have had in recent times and I highly recommend it. This is a very well-run hotel so I commend management as well. It does the Marriott group proud. Also, location is great just minutes from Asok BTS and MRT. Lots of food options on this Soi 20, as well as Soi's 22 and 18
TThe Dividend NomadThe front desk staff were very friendly and fast. Level of English was excellent and checking in was very easy and fast. There is a little Japanese restaurant and bar / coffee shop in the lobby with breakfast also. Also the gym was very nice and clean and had everything you need. Nearby working 1-2 minutes walk were lots of food , coffee, massage , ******** shops etc. was only 60 baht grab ride to airport and about 6-7 minutes drive. Illl stay here again if need a nice clean place to stay near the airport.
GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel for two nights while we were in Bangkok. The building is very nice and clean, our room was very well laid out. Roof top pool was nice as was the buffet breakfast. Good location with lots of places within walking distance or easy access to taxis and Tuk Tuks. Best part was the staff, friendly and professional service. Special thanks to front desk staff member Sawassakorn. He helped us out with taxis around the city, a local restaurant and arranged for a car to drive us to the airport.
GGuest UserI had the pleasure of staying at The Montien for 3 weeks 2 months ago when on a company-booked trip. My room and bed were extremely comfortable and spacious, with plenty of natural light and unobstructed views, quality amenities including a Nespresso machine. The Montien decor is modern, Thai style and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, with plenty of variety. Pierre Pelletier, the Area General Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding! Then this month when my family and I planned a vacation to Bangkok I picked this hotel as our base. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the sky and underground trains, many must-go-to restaurants, cafes, Siam Paragon, temples, Chinatown, night walks and more. We were welcomed with incredible 5-star Thai hospitality. Special mention to Khun Nu, her front desk team and night manager Khun Jew for handling flight delays, airport transfers and arranging pick up of lost luggage, Khun Tik for his world-class warm welcomes, Max’s regular assistance and taxi coordination, the ever-helpful and polite bellmen, Beer remembering our morning coffee preferences, Kae at Ruenton restaurant for looking after us at dinners, friendly Tanya at the lobby bar, the housekeeping team for keeping our 3 rooms impeccable and everyone who made our Bangkok vacation so memorable! It felt like our home away from home and we enjoyed our time here so much!
TTipparathMy first time in this hotel and I had a wonderful experience with this place, pool are amazing, breakfast is good , room is clean, reception also very kind and I’m very lucky I got upgraded to premium room for free 🥰 I will definitely coming back soon
JJohnny EuroIt's our second time staying in this hotel. The workers are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The rooms have shampoo, soaps, water, fridge, toiletries, and a big bath. The breakfast is more Asian style with some European style pastries and bread available. It tastes nice tho. Free coffee all day too. Check in and check out can take a little bit of time, so be patient for that as the hotel does have a lot of rooms. Walking distance to big shopping malls and has restaurants, 7-11's, massage shops, cafes and bars nearby.
GGuest UserInspite of the Google reviews not being so positive, we thought the hotel was not bad especially for the price we paid for 4 days. Had all the amenities and the room looked nice too. We didn’t hear any noises from the nearby club at night. Definitely an older hotel but it’s got a charm to it. Room service and hotel staff were always quick to help when needed. We got their breakfast on the last day and it was one of the tastiest pad Thai I’ve had, along with many more breakfast options. Loved we had a washer/dryer in our room and it worked pretty well. Wish they had given us a small sachet of laundry detergent so that we don’t have to buy one only to waste it. Finding a Grab was not too bad to and from Bangkok downtown. Never got to check the pool or the gym because we were too jet lagged but looked good in the pics. We would definitely recommend this
GGuest UserLove Furama Silom! Located in very good spot in Silom. We booked superior room and it was very spacious with Bangkok city view (*pic), bed was good quality and we always had good sleep, breakfast was amazing and they have wide variety (asian, western, salads, coffees, juices, pastries), staff was friendly and speak English well. Their restaurant room service also worth to try, especially ‘Thai green curry’! My favorite is the view from the rooftop pool 🌃 also 711 is just 2 buildings down the road. Def had lovely experience and can’t wait to go back to BKK and stay here again :)
