The house is exactly just like the photos. Very clean and new. All the amenities are provided as per listed. We came with a family of 4, with another two elderly. We had a pleasant stay here, feel like home. Quiet area, lots of food stall and convenience store in walkable distance. One car parking available. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Bangkok.

Guest UserBest stay in Bangkok. The location next to Lumphini Park provided an oasis of calm in a busy metropolitan. We stayed for 3 weeks before tiring of the breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the infinity pool, fitness classes, and dog-friendly cafe downstairs. The staff made the visit truly special. First-rate experience. Even the internet service was on point. Would not hesitate to stay here again with our pup. One of the best luxury hotels with no dog fee.

Location: Location is often the most critical factor when choosing a trip. To be honest, this Le Meridien isn't in the absolute heart of the main commercial district, but it's not far from Silom, Chulalongkorn, or the Siam shopping area. Considering the price, it's quite a good deal if you're not looking at the top-tier five-star hotels. The large window offers views of the iconic Pixel Building and the pool downstairs, which is a bonus.
Facilities: The room size and bathroom shower both deserve high marks, and the bed is just right – neither too soft nor too hard. A definite plus is the Let's Relax SPA on the hotel's 6th floor. While it's a bit more expensive than outside, the hygiene and environment are more reassuring, making it highly recommended. A minor suggestion: it would be great if the automatic curtain control button could switch on/off with a single press, as holding it down can be tiresome.
Service: The service deserves full marks. There's always assistance when getting in and out of cars at the entrance, and they granted a late check-out. Plus, upon check-in, there's a free coffee voucher redeemable at the coffee bar on the first floor.

LifeibaiThis is a Chilean-run hotel. I stayed in a six-person room the first day and booked a four-person room for the second day. At 11:00 AM the next day, I returned the key card for the six-person room, but since it wasn't check-in time, I discussed changing rooms with the hotel owner for the afternoon. Afterwards, I went to Bangkok Central Railway Station to buy a train ticket. When I returned to the hotel, it was past 10:00 PM, but only 10:40 PM, and the hotel was completely empty. They neither left me any note nor arranged any other accommodation. I tried contacting the hotel following the signs at the entrance—by phone, online, and email—but received no response. They failed to fulfill their promise to have staff on duty. The online booking platform also tried contacting the hotel multiple times, but to no avail. I waited until 2:00 AM, but still no one helped me find accommodation, so I had to find another place to spend the night with my heavy luggage. Afterwards, I applied for a refund through the booking platform, but the hotel coldly refused. The booking platform refunded my accommodation fee based on my reasons. This hotel is heartless and only cares about money; they have no humanity whatsoever. They are a disgrace to the Bangkok hotel industry.

Guest UserThe hotel staff were friendly and well mannered. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
Location is walking distance to Asok BTS and makes easy to get to everywhere.
Buffet breakfast was good. We were there for 8 days and would be nice if there could change the menu more frequently.

This hotel might have been good in the past but it felt outdated to today’s standards, it didn’t have smart tv, and no sufficient lighting at night it felt very dark inside the room, the doors make a lot of noise as you can hear other guests entering and leaving their rooms, I think they should install anti-slam door thingy that’s attached behind the door or tighten it if it’s already installed to make doors close softly, it will improve the overall experience of other guests tremendously!

Great location, right by Baiyoke Sky. It's an Indian-run hotel. I wouldn't recommend getting breakfast here – it's just toast, jam, bland instant coffee, milk tea, and eggs (fried or omelet). And that's all there was for all three days. We happened to be there on a festive night and, as expected, didn't get any sleep because of the celebrations. The noise coming in from the windows was incredible – it felt like we were right in the middle of the action! We liked the location (which was why we chose this particular hotel), the rooms were clean, and there was a fridge and kettle. We never managed to get hot water from the heater, though.

Great host in Thailand! The hygiene is in high standard and the equipment are well prepared by the host, it is very convenience for us. The location is a bit far from the city centre but there are BTS station nearby so it’s not a big concern about it.
The house are big and the description on the website is accurate, we are feeling great to stay and hope we can come back again!

This hotel is one of the best among the budget hotels in Bangkok. The environment of the hotel was very nice and clean. The behavior of the hotel staff was also very good. Since we were out sightseeing all day in Bangkok, we used to return to the hotel quite late, around 12 or 1 at night, but the staff were very polite and never complained about us being late. The location of the hotel was also excellent, there were 7/11 stores nearby and plenty of great food places around. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at their hotel.
