Irene Ling Ai LimThe front desk service was fantastic, and I absolutely loved the room – it was beautiful no matter how you photographed it. The hotel itself is a bit small, but the rooms are spacious, which is great. There's even a Japanese-style space with a tatami mat and a table, perfect for travelers who plan on doing a lot of shopping, eating, and drinking in Thailand, as there's plenty of room for all your belongings. Having a restaurant right downstairs is very convenient, and there are 7-Eleven stores within a 3-minute walk in every direction. The BTS station is also just a 5-7 minute walk away, which is super handy. The only downsides are that the morning sun really shines into the room, and you can hear street noise at night. However, I'm still giving it full marks because I had such a pleasant stay. The housekeeping staff were all very kind, friendly, and lovely! 🥰🥰 The 24-hour front desk is a huge plus. The second floor is a hostel and has a microwave available.

🏨 For this hotel, be sure to take Exit 2 from Phaya Thai Station. Once you come down from Exit 2, you'll see a sign that says 'room'. Follow the small path next to this sign all the way to the end. You'll see an iron gate, turn left there, and the hotel will be on your right. The road leading to it is indeed a bit rough, but the hotel's overall environment is good, and the service is excellent. There's also a large 7-Eleven nearby, and they offer luggage storage.
P.S. The showerhead 🚿 is a bit loose; I suggest reinforcing it. This is the only thing I was slightly unhappy with.

TonkhonEasy to find and close to plenty of food options. It's clean and the staff provide excellent service. The room is quiet, very clean, and the bed is soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The air conditioning works perfectly. I was impressed that all the amenities were readily available and easy to use. Most importantly, it came with a microwave, plates, and bowls – I loved that!

James EngGood value for money in a great Silom location! The spacious room is well-equipped with microwave, refrigerator, bowls and cups — very practical for longer stays. The owner has clearly put effort into renovating the room and bathroom with fresh wall tiles, new bathroom curtains and modern taps. However, the windows’ curtains are too thin — bright sunlight floods in making it difficult to sleep in the morning. Breakfast is very basic — just bread, jam, coffee and tea. Lobby furniture feels dated and could use refreshing. Overall comfortable and recommended, especially for long-term stays of weeks or months!

The lazy receptionist refused to give the deposit and told her that on arrival day i gave deposit to the receptionist which she didnt even give the receipt.
The ladies always on the phone and pretend does not know what the guest are saying. Hoping someon can contact me from the hotel management. Rest is nice and buggy driver is the only one helpful.

Guest UserThe Wi-Fi is working poorly. Also, for about a week there has been no hand soap in the toilet. The shampoo, hair conditioner, and body wash appear to be the same diluted product.
In the mornings it is sometimes very noisy due to loud conversations and arguments between staff members.

Brando ChenI've stayed here multiple times, and overall, the experience has been pretty good. It's the kind of place with some real highlights but also a few details that could use improvement.
The hotel's location is a big plus, being close to the CBD office area of Rama 9. Getting around is relatively convenient, and the surrounding amenities are well-developed.
A particularly great feature is the complimentary tuk-tuk service provided by the hotel, running from 7 AM to 7 PM. This is incredibly practical when you don't want to walk or when the weather is hot, making it a standout feature among hotels in the same price range.
Breakfast is a buffet, but it's quite simple overall, with limited variety and basic taste. It's enough to fill you up, but if you have high expectations for breakfast, you might find it a bit ordinary.
The guest rooms are decent; the space and environment are fine, and the basic amenities are adequate, offering reasonable comfort. A delightful surprise is that the housekeeping staff in each room creates a little elephant out of towels, complete with eye stickers and even a tiny cape. This thoughtful detail really shows the hotel's dedication to service and adds a warm touch.
However, there are two minor issues to note: First, there's no hairdryer in the room, which can be a bit inconvenient for those who need one daily. Second, there's no shelf in the bathroom for shampoo and shower gel, making them awkward to use. I hope these details can be optimized in the future.
In room 502, the shower drain was very slow, seemingly blocked.
Overall, this hotel is best suited for travelers who prioritize location and a basic, comfortable stay. The overall experience would be even better with some improvements to the detailed amenities.

Bryce LoboThe stay was comfortable and the rooms had all the necessary amenities.
The pool was smaller than we expected but the staff and their service was very good.
They have wonderful rooms with a balcony and also a bath tub.

Anonymous UserIt's decent, this is my second stay. The air conditioning is definitely the best part, running 24/7. It's also super convenient, being close to Chulalongkorn Night Market. Aside from some front desk staff having a so-so attitude, there's really not much to complain about.
