5-Star Hotels in Bangkok

I paid to stay at the premier suite at the Grand Hyatt Bangkok, which included access to the hotel's executive lounge. Although the lounge was on the smaller side with limited food selection, the service was very good overall. I would especially like to give my compliments to Mel, the primary Grand Club staff member serving me during the stay. He was very diligent and attentive. The elevated level of service he provided during my stay left me with a very positive impression of the hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future if I am in the Central Bangkok region.

I was very impressed with my stay at Centara Grand at CentralWorld. 😊✨ The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center and connected to CentralWorld, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's so easy to shop, dine, or even walk to the Siam area. 🛍️🍽️ The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful city view, especially at night – the ambiance was wonderful. 🌃🛏️ All the in-room amenities were complete, allowing for a comfortable stay. The staff provided excellent service; they were polite and very helpful from check-in to check-out, making my stay smooth and making me feel well taken care of. 💕🙏🏻 Another thing I loved was the convenience of the location, as you can walk directly into the mall. It's perfect for those on vacation, shopping, or on a business trip in Bangkok. Overall, it's a hotel that excels in location, convenience, rooms, and service. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall, we were very satisfied. The staff were friendly and even folded animal towels for the kids, which was a lovely touch. Security was also very strict, and we felt safe during our entire 6-day stay. Breakfast was average, but acceptable. The hotel is conveniently located near a mall, night market, and supermarket, and transportation is also good.

The rooms are located in the Huai Khwang area, close to Huai Khwang MRT station. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. This hotel is very grand and luxurious, and the staff are warm and polite. It's my first choice every time I come to Bangkok for a business trip.

The hotel's location next to an amusement park makes it a great choice for families with children. There's a shuttle bus and boat service every hour that goes to Silom for free, and you can get to Asok Station with a transfer for 12-14 baht. The breakfast was average compared to other hotels of a similar standard, and it was decent enough. While the overall facilities are very old and dated, I'd still recommend this place if you're looking for a room with a bathtub, spacious accommodations, a beautiful view of the Chao Phraya River, and good value for money. However, the most important thing is that the service attitude of those who help with check-in and check-out at the hotel is only one star. They smiled brightly and seemed friendly, but I'm not sure if they were good at their job. As someone sensitive to noise, I requested a quiet room when booking. Instead, I was assigned to a floor undergoing renovation. As soon as the elevator doors opened, I saw a giant curtain, and it felt like I was stuck on a construction site. The most annoying part was that when I lay down in the room to rest, I couldn't relax properly due to the constant thumping noises from the renovation. I came here to relax comfortably, but I wondered why I was at a place that felt like a construction site. It was completely different from what I expected from a 4-star or 5-star level of service. However, I want to express my gratitude to the staff working at the concierge. My tour was almost canceled due to a sudden downpour, and it wouldn't have been refundable. Thanks to the help of the concierge staff, my tour went ahead as planned. I had a great time because of them, and I gave them 10 dollars as a thank-you. That's how a hotelier should work. I sincerely appreciate it.

Staying here for 4 days 3 nights! Location was closed to convenient store, pharmacy, local market and surrounded with foods shop and massage. However, bit distances from mtr station. So in and out i took grab and bolt. Since it doesnt cost much, I find the location are still good enough. Staffs were attentive, friendly and professional. Door guy always smile and greeting most of customer. Keep it up! Fitness centre and swimming pool open from 7am to 9pm, wifi was good too. I did not try the breakfast as it cost quiet expensive tho. Room were spacious, hot water and aircon working well, one thing that bit disturb me was I could hear next room were talking, so I believe the wall is pretty thin. Overall, I enjoy my stay!

The location is convenient and the room was surprisingly nice for the price. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the facilities were quite modern. Nothing too fancy, but everything you actually need is there. I’d happily stay again.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was spacious, comfortable, and on the 17th floor with a view of the high-rise buildings, which created a great atmosphere. Housekeeping was daily. The staff were unobtrusive, barely noticeable. Overall, a very comfortable stay at this hotel; we really enjoyed it.

An amazing serviced apartment! The staff were all very kind and enthusiastic. It's worth mentioning that the room had a fantastic sense of space, allowing our family of four to stay very comfortably. The cleanliness was also impeccable. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time. The rooftop pool, though small, was very stylish. Most of the guests were Europeans and Americans; we rarely saw Asian faces. Highly recommended!

## Ambiance: The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a fantastic blend of Chinese and Western styles. It's incredibly photogenic – I even saw a couple taking wedding photos, and what looked like an influencer! The overall design and cultural essence are well-preserved. When I went to the breakfast restaurant (which doubles as a unique bar and restaurant), I saw the river nearby, and the restaurant's interior was also a wonderful mix of East and West. ## Hygiene: Pretty good. As a Marriott property, you can expect a certain standard, and it was clean. ## Facilities: Most things were great for an older hotel. However, one point I want to mention is that since it's an old building that's been renovated, I don't think it has a water filtration system, and Bangkok's water quality isn't the best to begin with. I brought my own filtered shower head and replaced it, but after just one shower, the filter turned yellow – quite dirty! 😂 So, everyone, take note: you might want to bring a filtered shower head. Many hotels in Bangkok are like this. Other facilities were perfectly fine. ## Service: This was truly excellent!!! Definitely deserves high praise!! I really love hotels under 'The Tribute Portfolio' brand – partly because they have a great sense of design and local cultural characteristics, and partly because their service is genuinely superb. The front desk guy was great; he upgraded my room and offered other perks. When I was having breakfast in the restaurant, since there's a pier near the hotel, I could take a river bus directly to Bangkok's Central World for just 20 Thai Baht, avoiding traffic – super convenient! I didn't have any Thai Baht, and the restaurant lady directly exchanged money for me. In short, the service was fantastic! This hotel offers really great value for money, and the breakfast is delicious! For just over 300 RMB a night, it's excellent. Although it's not super close to all the attractions, taking the river bus to the mall is very convenient and avoids traffic! I highly recommend it to everyone~
