I stayed here again after a year and it's still a great experience. The staff are all very friendly and polite. I booked a suite but found that some floors' suites didn't have a washing machine. I asked if I could switch to a room with one, and the front desk immediately agreed! The room was clean, tidy, and had no strange odors; it was spotless. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday until 11 AM is a huge plus... They have hot waffles, which my kids loved! There's also a food court under the MRT station right by the entrance... very convenient for getting around!

The overall environment was very relaxing. All in-room facilities, including the air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV, worked perfectly, and I encountered no issues during my stay. The hotel's public facilities were also very well-maintained. Whether it was the restaurant, gym, or lounge areas, you could tell they put a lot of effort into their operations. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh food, catering to different guests' needs. Moreover, the hotel boasts a convenient location, close to transport links and commercial areas, making it ideal for sightseeing, shopping, or business trips. All in all, this stay left me with a wonderful impression. Not only was the accommodation comfortable, but the staff were also professional and enthusiastic, making for a very pleasant experience. If I have the chance to visit this area again in the future, I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Excellent service! I gave them a mango and they helped me cut the fruit. They were also able to answer all our questions. The location is about a 10-minute walk to the BTS station. The pool is good, and the bed is very comfortable, although the pillows are just average.

This was my first trip to Thailand. I wasn't sure where to book a hotel, so I searched on Trip.com for a good deal and found the Ramkhamhaeng Hotel, located in Ramkhamhaeng, which is about halfway between the airport and the city center. At first, I worried it might be inconvenient since it's a bit far from the train station and major tourist attractions. However, once I got used to Bangkok, the distance didn't feel like a big issue. Still, if you prefer a hotel closer to the station or in the city center, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. As for the hotel itself, it was excellent. The pool on the 31st floor was great for a night swim, and having a 7-Eleven on the first floor was very convenient for any urgent needs. I stayed for three nights and was very satisfied with the facilities; I had no inconveniences. If I visit Bangkok again in the future, I would definitely consider staying here again.

They follow the instructions and request. Very attention to details and helping me to collect my luggage onbehalf when the airline did not send my luggage in time. Safe and very job well done on the concierge staff at G floor. While the negative side of the hotel is they will want to collect deposit in advance which I try to avoid cause previously its takes forever to refund! Overall good hotel and the breakfast juices can be better improved.

This is a very quiet place with convenient transportation. You don't have to go through the city center to get to the airport. I recommend the breakfast; it's perfect for brunch because the portions are huge. The swimming pool is usable and often empty. The soundproofing in the hotel could be better, but there wasn't anyone next door anyway. It seems popular with solo travelers, which is a good sign. The shuttle service every 30 minutes to the subway station is really convenient.

Nicely located 7 ks from the airport and with free pickup and drop off the Grand BS should be at the top of your list. Nice big rooms with everything you need and two good swimming pools for the hot days. Reception were friendly and helpful.. It also comes with an average breakfast but then the price is very cheap. We were happy . There are also food stalls and markets a few minutes walk away plus a 7 11 to meet all your needs. I would be happy to stay again 👍

For travelers looking for a central base in Bangkok without spending too much, it offers very good value for money. The rooftop pool was one of the highlights of my stay. It provides a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views of the Bangkok skyline, especially during sunset. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering good value for the price paid. The staff were generally polite and helpful when needed, although the service was fairly standard rather than exceptional. Check-in and daily interactions were smooth, but there was nothing particularly memorable about the service experience. That said, the hotel would benefit from some renovations and maintenance updates. Certain areas of the property appear dated, and some room facilities could be improved to meet modern expectations. While everything was functional, refreshing the interiors would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, Furama Silom remains a solid choice for travelers seeking a well-located hotel with good facilities at a fair price. With some improvements and modernization, it could be an even better place to stay in Bangkok.

Thanks for arranging the room according to my request! I stayed in a more expensive room that had just been renovated. The hotel is close to A5 Lat Phrao station, which is straight ahead from the airport exit. There's a skybridge connecting directly to the hotel's main entrance. I found a local transport option, Boat 21, which takes you near the Four-Faced Buddha. From the hotel, head towards the BTS station and at the intersection, you can take a red Songthaew (pickup truck taxi) to B or C for souvenirs – it's not crowded!

Very nice hotel. Big rooms and good location close to shooping and BTS Phrom Phong, The staff is very helpful and nice. Good value for the money..
