"I stayed at JC home Stay for a week, I had a great time ! The guest house is very clean,the staff is great ! ( including the manager,a gentleman with glasses ) the staff is always available for anything you need ! The owner and his family are also very nice and welcoming! Always checking at you,if everything is alright etc :) The place is also very well located ( 10min walk from Khaosan Road,in a quiet street with lot of restaurants ,massage places,shopping etc The guest house also have its own restaurant :) I was supposed to stay only 4 days but I extended to a week :)"

"Everything was good as expected. Not alot of room but for this price its totally enough. Girls at the reception were friendly and even gave us free water bottles when we came to pick up our bags at the evening. Good restaurant and you get 10% for hotel geusts. They didnt ask no deposit or whatever trip.com mentions when you book."

"Even though the place is old, the room seems quite well maintained. The surfaces that matter (eg bedsheets, floor) are relatively clean. Honestly for the price it's hard to beat. Just have to taper your expectations that this isn't a 5 star hotel (or even ibis/Hyatt place for that matter). Location wise it's deep in the middle of nowhere. Nearest BTS/MRT is a 40b win ride away. There's some cooked food, 7-11 and laundromat within 10min walking distance which is a plus. My room had non working hot water heater, and the wifi was painfully slow. Had to use my hotspot the entire stay (just minor annoyance that's all)."

"The room was clean , it's very close to many touristic stuffs . The only thing is that there is no AC and zlwe only had the fan which was not like what what was written on the hotel booking"

"Great location, bus stop nearby, including to the airport. Close to the historical center. Pros: quiet, elevator, scales to weigh your suitcase and a room to wait for check-in, clean. Cons: terrible bed linen (torn), clogged drain in the bathroom. Overall, I'm happy."

"This hotel is good for 1 night stay , it’s 15 min from the Suvarnabhumi airport. Also the rooms are pretty decent and comfortable. But you can’t use any electrical appliances in the room! They taped the electrical outlet in the bathroom. Also the closet is dusty and the air conditioner didn’t work. When I checked out in the morning the receptionist didn’t greet nor did she respond when I greeted her! She handed me the snacks bill and asked what I ate and when I told her nothing seemed annoyed🤔 then she asked another staff member to go and check & he told her the same thing. I took my deposit and left."

"Modern upscale hostel. It was pretty clean. Bed and cover were comfortable. Clean towels. Toilets and shower area are being taken care of daily. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The lady manager (I forgot her name) was super nice. She managed to resolve my issue during my stay at Matini Hostel Grand Station. I highly recommend this hostel."

"Spacious room, chair, longchair and secretary, large bed, plentybof space and quiet area. Not on main Pradipat rd but close to it, avoid noisy traffic. AC and Wifi good. Small bathroom but sufficient with divisory shower place. Water offered but minibar available. Great option on affordable price. Staff very helpful and kind. Restaurantes nearby, Food Court too, Money changer across the street, 7Eleven and coffee shop just around the corner as hotel doesn't have restaurant operational. Elevator. 6 floors. Clean areas all around. I just repeated my stay since 1st here in Jan. Return for sure"

"Convenient Location, Decent Rooms, but Some Flaws I stayed at Stay With Me Bangkok for 1 night, and while the price was reasonable, my overall experience was a mix of pros and cons. Let’s start with the positives. The location is a standout feature—just a 300-meter walk to BTS Phra Khanong and 450 meters to BTS Ekkamai. This made getting around Bangkok incredibly convenient. For those planning to head to Pattaya, the proximity to Ekkamai Bus Station (within walking distance) is a huge plus, saving both time and effort. The room itself was fairly spacious and comfortable, with a large window offering a decent view, though nothing spectacular. Another advantage is its closeness to Gateway Mall, located right across from BTS Ekkamai, which offers a variety of shops and dining options. Now for the downsides. The room deposit was quite steep at 500 baht, which felt excessive for a budget-friendly stay. I also encountered some maintenance issues—the bathroom drain was clogged, and the hot water didn’t work, which was disappointing. Additionally, there is no elevator, so carrying luggage up the stairs can be a hassle. Lastly, the surrounding area lacked vibrant nightlife and halal food options, which may be a drawback for certain travelers. Overall, I’d give this hotel a 3 out of 5 stars. It’s a good choice for short stays, especially for those relying on public transport, but improvements in facilities and services would make it a much better experience."
