"This place is extremely budget-friendly—about half the price of other options. It offers a private room, which is a major plus over shared dorms if you value privacy and undisturbed sleep. The receptionist was wonderfully friendly and helpful. The location is deep in a local neighborhood, perfect for an authentic, ”underground” Bangkok experience and discovering hidden food spots. Important Notes: It's very raw and basic. There are only cold showers, no hairdryer, and you take out your own trash. It's not for those who need things spotless. For the price, it's an interesting no-frills experience for adventurous, low-maintenance solo travelers wanting their own space in a real local area."

Hotel near Silom/Sathorn,Bangkok
Discover all that Bang Rak has to offer during your stay at Togayther Hostel Black.

"First off, to all the 'princes and princesses' leaving negative reviews: this is a hostel that costs mere tens of yuan a night. Don't compare it to the five-star hotels you usually stay in, where you expect top-notch service and facilities. Why don't you dare give those five-star places a bad review when they don't even have a bathtub for you to splash around in? If there are reasonable shortcomings, mention them so the owner can gradually improve. Don't just casually leave a bad review. This second location is actually pretty good. You can chill every day. The beds are clean, and that's what matters. Also, be aware that some people with sticky fingers might stay here, so keep an eye on your belongings. You can't blame the hostel for that."

EEmmanuel X C B BThis hotel boasts an excellent location, just over a 10-minute walk from the Grand Palace and also a 10-minute walk to Khao San Road. It's very convenient for taking a boat from the Chao Phraya River pier; the pier is straight ahead from the front entrance of the Grand Palace, where you can catch a boat for 40 baht. There are many small restaurants and supermarkets next to the hotel, but note that most restaurants are open during the day and close in the evening. The staff are very friendly, always smiling, and highly professional. Do note that the rooms do not provide toothbrushes or soap. Rooms facing the inner courtyard are very quiet. The elevator access is also very convenient. I would like to thank the staff team and the head of management who are very attentive and professional. I recommend this hotel for a discovery stay.

GGuest UserI stayed at Monomer Hostel during my trip to Bangkok and overall it was a very pleasant experience. I chose this hostel mainly because of its location, and it definitely did not disappoint. One of the best things about Monomer Hostel is how convenient the location is. It is very close to the BTS station, which makes getting around Bangkok extremely easy. Whether you want to visit shopping malls, markets, or tourist attractions, transportation is very accessible. For example, going to Siam is very quick and convenient, only a few stops away, so it’s perfect if you plan to spend time shopping or exploring that area. Another thing I really liked is the surroundings of the hostel. Right next door there is a 7-Eleven, which is incredibly convenient. You can easily buy water, snacks, drinks, or any daily necessities at any time of the day since it is open 24 hours. After a long day of walking around Bangkok, it’s great to have such easy access to convenience stores nearby. There are also massage shops just next to the hostel. This was actually a big plus for me. Bangkok is a city where you will probably walk a lot, so being able to get a relaxing Thai massage just a few steps away from the hostel is very nice. It’s a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The hostel itself is clean and comfortable. The environment is suitable for backpackers or travelers who want an affordable place to stay in a central location. The common areas are nice for relaxing, and overall the atmosphere is quite pleasant. What I appreciate most about this hostel is the balance between price and convenience. For travelers who want a budget-friendly stay while still being close to transportation and popular areas like Siam, Monomer Hostel is a very good option. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend this hostel to other travelers who are visiting Bangkok, especially if you want a place that is easy to access, surrounded by useful facilities like convenience stores and massage shops, and close to major shopping areas.

GGuest UserThis is a youth hostel, and we were traveling with our parents. Although there wasn't a kettle in the room, there's one on the first floor where you can get hot water for free. There's also a security gate on each floor, which makes it very safe – people who aren't staying here can't go up. There's no elevator, but the staff were really enthusiastic and helped us carry our luggage upstairs, which we really appreciated! The family room had an inner window, so ventilation wasn't great, but it was nice and quiet. The overall decor is very new and the style is simple. The common areas are quite well-equipped, with a kitchen, laundry room, dining area, tea tables and chairs, and computers. The front desk offers 24-hour service. There's a 400 deposit, which the staff returns after checking the room at checkout.

HHiba__Amazing hostel. Clean beds and bathrooms. Making breakfast in the morning was very enjoyable. Also they have activities in the weekend with free food and you get to meet people so amazing. The location is little bit far from action but metro is close about 10 min walk and can get you anywhere.

PPunya THAILANDI was traveling solo and stayed at this accommodation. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm hospitality. The receptionist spoke softly and in a friendly manner, making me feel instantly relaxed. The service was excellent, with complimentary bottled water upon arrival. I felt comfortable and welcomed. My mother went up to her room and, upon lying down, immediately noticed how soft and cool the bed was. The bathroom was spacious, and towels were available to borrow without needing to purchase extra. In the morning, there was a self-service snack station, saving me a lot on breakfast. I loved this place and I'm sure I'll return next time. Thank you to such a good and affordable hotel still exists in Bangkok.

GGlenn ChinOverall the location is great, very near to train station. The area is full of food choices and it’s convenient. Room is good but the facilities is a bit run down. Hence, there is a big rest area for us to have over packed food or a simple cooking. Toilet needs to be enhanced, too many stagnant water spots and it’s smelly. My bad experience is with the reception and most of them is very bad in communication and I felt a bit rude.

GGuest UserOverall Experience: This hotel is a decent option, especially if you want to escape the city's hustle and bustle. The rooftop room I booked was incredibly spacious and cozy, perfect for a relaxing night even when it rained. The location is a bit tricky, with no parking and a narrow alleyway leading to the entrance, but it's worth it for the peace and quiet. The highlight was definitely the rooftop room. It felt so open and comfortable. However, the open-air bathroom might not be for everyone, especially if you're shy. For me, it was completely fine. Just be aware there’s no elevator, and if you’re on the 6th floor like I was, be ready for a bit of a climb! Bringing snacks and drinks up with you is a good idea to avoid going up and down too often. The view from the top floor room was absolutely amazing. It was a great reward after the climb. haha! P.s..I’d recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a unique and quiet experience and doesn't mind a bit of a workout to get to their room. The view and the rooftop room are fantastic. :)
