Excellent service as always. The front desk staff and housekeepers are always smiling and cheerful. The breakfast is delicious, although it's now a set menu with coffee, tea, and snacks. If you have any issues or need help, just ask. For example, I prefer a higher pillow, and the hotel always prepares one in my room without me even having to ask. I'm impressed every time; I always stay here when I visit.

I want to write this review based on my personal experience during my stay, without intending to accuse any guest or staff member. I have already filed a police report, and there is no conclusion yet as to who committed the act. During my stay, my personal camera went missing from inside the shared dormitory room. I admit that I was partly negligent, as I put the camera in a bag and placed it on the inner side of my upper bunk bed, thinking it was my own space and no one would interfere with items not on someone else's bed. However, this incident made me realize that in a shared room, we cannot anticipate that our belongings will be safe just because they are on an upper bunk. Therefore, what I want to suggest to the accommodation is not just about ”preventing loss of items,” but about the overall security system for guests. I would like to see consideration for installing CCTV cameras inside the dormitory rooms at appropriate locations, or at least in areas where incidents can be monitored. This must be designed in accordance with the law and respect guests' privacy rights, for example, by positioning cameras appropriately, clearly informing guests, limiting access to footage, and setting appropriate data retention periods. For me, CCTV cameras are not only useful in cases of lost property or theft, but can also be used to monitor other security incidents when they occur, such as accidents, altercations, emergencies, or situations where guests request an investigation of facts. Another point I want to convey to the accommodation is that when an incident occurred, I fully understand that the accommodation must be careful about the rights and privacy of other guests and should not disclose personal information or conduct searches without proper criteria. But at the same time, I would like there to be clear guidelines on how the accommodation can cooperate with victims and the police when an incident that may involve the safety or property of guests occurs, without having to choose between ”respecting guests' rights” and ”assisting victims.” My own incident caused me great concern, because when I reported it to the police, the officers asked if the accommodation had checked the room or related areas. But at the same time, the accommodation itself was concerned about guests' rights. So I felt burdened to request further investigation, as I did not want this matter to infringe on anyone else's rights. Ultimately, I could only file a police report, and there was no room inspection in the way I had hoped would help uncover further evidence. I am not writing this review to say who is at fault or who is the thief, because I do not have enough evidence to accuse anyone, and I do not want other guests to suffer from unconfirmed accusations. But as a guest, I admit I feel somewhat let down because my belongings went missing despite being on an upper bunk, and it made me realize that the security system of shared dormitory rooms should be developed to be more robust. I will take this incident as a lesson and will be more careful with my personal belongings in the future. Regarding the accommodation, I would like to leave this as a suggestion: if there were a clear security system, with appropriate camera recording in suitable areas, and clear procedures for handling incidents that can involve coordination with the police or relevant authorities under the law, it would likely make both guests and the accommodation feel safer and more at ease. I hope this experience will be beneficial for the development of the accommodation and help future guests feel more secure and confident. The accommodation is very pleasant, and overall, I am very happy with the environment. The view is beautiful, it's by the river, and the price is affordable.

Had a wonderful stay at this capsule hostel! The location is very convenient, just a 7–10 minute walk from the BTS, making it easy to get around the city. The pod was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, even for a Type B traveler like me who tends to bring a little more than necessary. The hostel is also very well-maintained—the common areas and washrooms were always clean throughout my stay. The staff were warm, friendly, and polite, which made the experience even better. Although, I have to mention that one staff member was a little clingy... the resident cat! 😅 If you have choosen the solo pod, you can only use USB type chargers but in my case, they have lended me a type c - usb converter thingy

Come to stay here since long time ago, it is nice place with widely living room and kitten space. Very close to BTS station. See new friends here. Enjoy the street foods.

We stayed here for one night just to look around Sukhumvit Road. Luckily, we only stayed for one night. Even though we didn’t expect much, what we experienced was below the minimum standard that a property should meet to operate as a hotel and charge over ฿1,000 for a private room on a weekday. The only advantage of this hotel is its location. You will be welcomed by the intense smell of mothballs, which are commonly used in restaurant toilets. Upstairs, the hallway was filled with the smell of urine. I thought I was staying in a hotel, but it felt like I was sleeping in a toilet. Even worse, we could smell the shower drain throughout the night. Moreover, the bed should be replaced, as the springs were completely worn out and broken. The power socket next to the bed was also not in good condition and did not appear safe to use. You could even see burn marks on it. We didn’t notice it clearly at first, so we plugged in our phone charger, only to find that it wasn’t charging properly. This could potentially damage your device and, more importantly, seems like a safety hazard. Their internal communication was also inefficient. I requested a late check-out until 2 p.m. and agreed to pay an additional ฿300. However, it turned out that the electricity to our room was cut off at 12:00 p.m. There was also no running water (I was actually taking a shower at the time). A clean room, no unpleasant smells, a decent-quality mattress, safety and proper internal communication are basic facilities and services that every hotel, whether cheap or expensive, should provide. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here if the room rate is over ฿800. ได้กลิ่นลูกเหม็นฉุนมากตั้งแต่เปิดประตูเข้าตึก พอขึ้นลิฟท์มาถึงชั้นที่จะพัก ได้กลิ่นฉี่แรงมาก พอเข้ามาในห้อง เปิดแอร์ ก็ได้กลิ่นท่อ โดยเฉพาะตอนกลางคืน กลิ่นแรงสุด ๆ จนตื่นหลายรอบ เราพักห้องส่วนตัว เตียงสปริงพัง นอนแล้วเจ็บหลัง เต้าเสียบข้างที่นอนไม่ควรให้ลูกค้าใช้แล้ว เสียบชาร์จมือถือแล้วไฟเข้าบ้างไม่เข้าบ้าง กลัวแบตพัง แถมที่เต้าเสียบมีรอยไหม้ด้วย อันตราย ตอนเช็คอิน แจ้งพนักงานแล้วว่าขอ late check-out บ่าย 2 ยอมจ่ายเพิ่ม 300฿ แต่พอถึงเวลาเที่ยง ห้องถูกตัดไฟ เราอาบน้ำอยู่ ต้องนุ่งผ้าเช็ดตัวออกมาโทรแจ้งพนักงาน เค้าต้องมาเอาคีย์การ์ดเราไปอัพเดทใหม่ ละสามีเราเพิ่งทำงานเสร็จตอน 7 โมง ถูกปลุกด้วยการกดกริ่งตอนเที่ยงที่ พนง จะมาเอาคีย์การ์ดไป การสื่อสารภายในแย่มาก ๆ ค่ะ

It's decent, this is my second stay. The air conditioning is definitely the best part, running 24/7. It's also super convenient, being close to Chulalongkorn Night Market. Aside from some front desk staff having a so-so attitude, there's really not much to complain about.

Good service... Experience was very comfortable.. very clean room ... Toilet are clean... Location perfect... Terminal 21 at just walking distance... very near to bts and mrt station.. Totally Recommended ..in breakfast have coffee and banana..

The hotel is right in the city center, within walking distance to major shopping areas and attractions. The subway station is right downstairs, making getting around incredibly convenient. Even though it's in a bustling area, the room windows are well soundproofed, offering a peaceful retreat from the noise. The value for money is outstanding – it's definitely my top choice when visiting this city!
