This hotel is clean, but needs to refurbished, especially the bathrooms. It says breakfast at extra charge, so I asked to book breakfast, I was told they don’t do breakfast! For a polite society it’s a surprise to have a grumpy person on reception. I didn’t feel welcome & leaving no thanks for staying. No goodbye. I was even trying a few words in Thai. It’s ok, if you need a clean bed for the night, that’s it!

Hotel was clean and spacious, stayed their for 7 days during my Bangkok travel. The place is ok, across Central Plaza mall and a lot of restaurants in the surrounding. If you want to stay here it's kinda far for night markets and BTS you better use Grab or hire a Taxi. Also, regarding making-up of rooms, make sure you remind the staff to give shower gel and soap refill for they only provide a very small amount good for 1-2 day stay only. In addition to this you must bring your own toiletries such as toothbrush, buds, etc. for they don't provide it. Lastly, the hotel staff are accommodating and nice. I recommend this hotel!

The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, the beds are very soft, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner is cool, the noise from the outside is very little, the bathroom is clean, the water flows strong, there are amenities. The receptionist is smiling, cute. Help as well There is a shuttle bus to the airport every day Monday to Saturday except Sunday. But there is a taxi service that is inexpensive. Breakfast is served enough to start the first meal of the day.

This is not my first review for Bangna Pride. I have often stayed here for work. The best hotels are always the ones with great management, who get things done quickly and know how to tolerate difficult customers like me, with a smile. Emmie and her staff always do their best no matter what, they will always help, quickly and effectively. They genuinely want you to have a great stay. My job has taken me to some of the world's best hotels over more than 30 years and Bangna Pride ranks amongst the best. On this trip I was stuck in Thailand because of Covid19 and travel restriction. I came for a few weeks and stayed for almost 5 months. I was completely safe and saw all the steps management took to ensure they were meeting the latest requirements. I made one suggestion for breakfast safety and it was implemented by the next morning. The rooms are big and comfortable, the food is very good and it's close to Mega Bangna Mall and there are good local and international restaurants (Italian, Japanese etc) in the area too but you may need a cab to get to them. Great place to stay.

Dear all, I want to share my bitter sweet experiences of my Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) stay at Maple Hotel Bang Na. The pickup and arrival in Hotel is OK. Food is OK. The food and beverage manager is understanding and kind. If you are staying here alone and don't have any other requirements, no problem. I want to share something so that you know what you will be getting from Maple Hotel Bang Na. I booked the Deluxe room package on the ASQ brochure released by them. On their website, they stated that deluxe room have bathtub, but not in their ASQ brochure. So I contacted them and ask the type of room we are staying at the moment and to be transfer to deluxe room with Bathtub. 16 days quarantine in the room, at least we can relax in bathtub since we can't use the pool. On their websites the room we are staying (by looking at the room design and information provided), we assume that we are staying in Superior room, which is one grade lower. For the first 11 days, their excuses were the deluxe room with bathtub is in another building and they refuse to tell me what room that we are staying at the moment. So the General Manager (Owner) called me on day 12 and ask me what I want. I ask the hotel to honor their offer advertise on the brochure. I ask him, what room we are staying in at the moment and he do not want to tell me. So I explained to him that the room type offered is deluxe room and in their website stated that deluxe room have bathtub. He keep repeating that he do not want to listen to me talking about the package on the brochure. Then he THREATEN to complaint to Government if I request for room with Bathtub or talk about what is in the package. The GM also stated very clear that I should listen to him, not he listen to me. The GM also lied that Thai Government forbid them to provide rooms with bathtub to ASQ customers. So I called the hotel front desk and spoke with the so called ”Covid Manager”. This time, They give excuses that there are two type of deluxe room, one with bathtub, one without. They said every single room allocated for ASQ including Luxury, Executive and Family WILL NOT HAVE bathtub. So I reconfirmed with the him if there are such regulation by Thai Government that forbid Maple Hotel to provide bathtub to ASQ customer, at first he said YES, Thai Government don't allow them to provide bahtub to ASQ customer, then I ask that other ASQ hotel provide room with bathtub, this time he immediately said that it's Maple Hotel decision to not provide bathtub to ASQ customer. They said they are loosing money by offering us ASQ customers room with bathtub. In reality, they will go bankrupt if it isn't for ASQ. They should appreciate us, not the opposite. For the 16days quarantine at Maple Hotel, I feared for my daughter safety and my safety as anything could happen as long as we stay in their property because we will only received our Covid Free Certificate. no airport transfer is provided, although this is stated in the description of the hotel! But that's not a problem as you can easily access it by taxi for 150THB each way. Spacious room and very clean. The location is quite remote though but close (about 15 minutes walking) to a local market with a variety of food and fresh fruits. Connection to public transport is very limited.

The location is good, next to the rama9 park, and 40 meters next to the hotel, there is a 7-11 store. There are many shopping malls and restaurants near the hotel. Life functions are very good and very convenient.

We had a booking issue and needed a cheap stay.... the bed was huge and the room while run down was very clean. There are definetly upgrades needed- for example the shower curtain left a foot gap at the bottom getting water all over. Also the aircon system was extremly loud. Our encounters with staff were kind and helpful especially the doorman. My daughter enjoyed the pool. we did not have any experience with massage parlor but especially in the evening I would not consider this ”family friendly”. The breakfast was decent and had some variety- however most food were cold by the time I got back to my table. This place is quite far from downtown but the BTS is within walking distance (took us over an hour from DMK and thats with minimal traffic). I would stay again if needing last minute hotel however if I was looking for a vacation stay I would look at other options.

I stayed for two nights here. The location is far from most things and you will definitely need to utilize a taxi. The subway is too far away and there are only a couple of street food vendors within walking distance. My room was on the third floor, air con kept up very well and kept my room nice and cool. I believe the hotel is fairly new, 5 years and is kept very clean. The lobby does not have air con but the eating area does and they do a barbecue in the pool area some days. The pool is very nice and long enough to do laps in, they even sell caps and goggles at the front counter. The room was pretty standard with a decently comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the pool. The shower head hook was broken so I had to hold the shower head while showering. They do host tour groups about every day so expect some large groups and all the fun that comes with them. Travel tip- take a business card from the front counter that has the address written in Thai. Since it is a newer hotel some taxi drivers will not know it by name.
