We booked the family room for 4 pax. The room floor is very sticky when we checked in and I need to use wet tissue to wipe and clean the floor. The toilet is quite small and amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste are not available. Even though it mentioned the nearest BTS station is 15mins away but it is indeed quite far away. The good part is at the main road just outside the hotel are a lot of food stalls which is quite convenient.

it is very comfortable to travel to Icon Siam and also nearby a very nice local fresh market. Service also worth to pay and we sure back to choose this hotel again.

The male staff at check-in on October 4th was polite and provided excellent service.
The hotel has a beautiful view by the Chao Phraya River. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend!
Our stay at IBIS was absolutely fantastic! We stayed in Room 726, which had a stunning river view—perfect for relaxing.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special shout-out to the lovely Thai server at the restaurant (we’re sorry we didn’t catch her name!) who took such great care of us. Unfortunately, she wasn’t on duty when we left, but her hospitality stood out!
The food quality in the restaurant was amazin —delicious and well-prepared. Additionally, the late checkout until 14:00 hrs was a thoughtful gesture and very helpful for our travel plans.
Overall, **IBIS exceeded our expectations**, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting. We’ll definitely return!
