Nice Hotel , good location , direct access to Bts Station .Very good breakfast , amazing pool.Loungefacilities also amazing if you take liunge access room.

We stayed for just one night with my friends, but we were extremely satisfied with our experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel facilities were excellent, the pool terrace had an amazing vibe, and the direct access to the metro made everything incredibly easy. Even though it was a short stay, it exceeded our expectations. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Bangkok.

We stayed there2 times We got a reasonable price offer so the peace value rate was very good. Breakfast was good and very variable Pool an 14th floor good for get relaxed after or before a long journey. BTC in front River 15 min walk away

This is a fantastic hotel in good location in Bangkok.. the pool and bar area were great as was the Executive club lounge. The staff here are very good and the rooms were exceptional. I have now found my favourite hotel in Bangkok

Great location, easy to access everything. Nearby massage places, local market, cooking class and pier. Fantastic variety of breakfast options. Highly recommended!

Our experience at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn was nothing short of perfect！The prime location, connected directly to BTS Surasak Station, made traveling around Bangkok effortless. We stayed in a spacious, immaculate room on the 31st floor with lounge access, offering breathtaking city views. The infinity pool was a serene escape with a stunning skyline backdrop. The Executive Lounge was a highlight— Ms Mind and her team delivered impeccable service with warmth and attention to detail. From the delicious daily breakfast to the all-day refreshments and evening happy hour (with free-flow drinks!), every moment felt special. The staff remembered our preferences and made us feel truly valued. A special mention to Gabbi, the concierge, whose expert recommendations and genuine hospitality elevated our trip. He ensured we had VIP treatment throughout our stay! Outstanding service, luxurious comfort, and unbeatable convenience — we can’t wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Never such mixed opinions for a hotel. My first impressions of this hotel were outstanding- private checking in at the executive lounge, spacious and modern rooms, evening cocktail hours (5:30-7:30pm) at the executive lounge… but setbacks kept coming up as we stayed longer in this hotel. The UPSIDE: 1. Spacious executive room with a nice bathroom 2. Great variety for breakfast at the main restaurant 3. Yummy a la carte breakfast menu at the lounge 4. Complimentary laundry for executive rooms 5. Prompt services The DOWMSIDE: 1. Sockets are unstable, even with the charger I borrowed from housekeeping. On and off all the time. 2. Horrible and wobbly tables, from bedside tables to tables in the restaurant and lounge. Extremely irritating. 3. Came a little late (6:45pm) for the cocktail hour. One of the dishes looked like beef skewers but there were three left when we got there. Then the staff refilled with (McDonald’s) chicken nuggets🤷♀️ Other food and drink selections were quite decent. 4. My daughter was told she was showing too much skin for the lounge when she actually wore a proper dress… and yet there were people wearing flip flops, kids running around barefoot, and kids rolling on the floor, plus people taking off their footwear and putting their bare feet on chairs 🤷♀️ in the executive lounge. 5. The lobby was a circus sometimes. I actually witnessed a woman putting her bare feet on the table in the lounge. 6. Although connected with the BTS, not many places you can get to on foot. Not much to see or do within walking distance. If you are looking for a real five-star hotel, I’d recommend that you pay a couple of thousand Bhat or so to stay at such as the Grand Hyatt or the Peninsula - you really get what you pay for and you will certainly feel huge differences. I would probably call this hotel a budget 5-star hotel.
