酒店前台很好的 但是不知道是攜程還是第三方代理的問題 原本預訂了兩間房 由於其中一個小夥伴來不了了 所以需要退掉一間 我跟前台聯繫過後前台小姐姐是同意無條件全額退房費 並且已經將全款退回原渠道 但是後來退到我手上被扣除了40%的房費…不知道這部分錢是被誰扣掉的

房間環境一般，定了兩間房，其中一間衞生間下水道味道很重，特別難聞，而且房間有個窗户是壞的關不上，找前台，前台説那個窗户就是壞的，但是師傅下班了，沒辦法修

位置還可以，離高鐵站近出行方便，但是設施是真的老，隔音效果很差，一晚上都在聽隔壁大叔打呼嚕，兩個房間一個空調有異響一個窗户關不上

設施：太舊，地毯太臟，衹是路過寶雞，住了一晚，真是無語
衞生：感覺像個城中村裡的出租房，衞生情況比較差，好像遭過水災，牆上都是什麼印漬？？
可以看圖片。
環境：樓下就是大馬路，還剛好是丁字路口的一橫處，晚上窗户關嚴實，車來車往，太吵了，簡直要老命。唉。
服務：服務還可以，給服務員説多拿兩雙一次性拖鞋，馬上送來了。
本人很少評價酒店，一般可以就算了，默認好評。但是這間房子的地毯真的匪夷所思，好像水產市場的地板，不知道其他房間是不是也一樣

性價比不高。酒店各方面都很不錯，就是價格有點高我們入住時正好趕上寶雞馬拉松酒店價格230多。如果價格在160左右還是不錯的。
