酒店位置不錯，購物交通方便。房間設施和衞生都不錯。提2條意見：1，房間內很多用品都要收費，沒有明文標識，僅前台口頭説了一下，客人易誤操作。2，住酒店的不是出差就是旅遊，前台工作人員除了熱情，是不是再拓寬點相關能力。譬如客人詢問汽車站在哪？乘幾路車之類等問題，不要一問三不知。

整體體驗較差，前台服務態度惡劣，兩個錐形臉，個子不高的女服務員，一臉的舊社會，撲克臉，態度很差，心底也不咋滴。個兒高些的圓臉服務員。年齡小些，待人友善，也就她，讓我覺得這酒店還有些人氣。該酒店優勢是地理位置好，在繁華熱鬧的經二路，樓下就是一條美食街，馬路對面就是步行街，性價比在周圍也是不錯的，還帶有早餐，比較簡單家常的四個涼菜，粥，還有饅頭，雞蛋。但已經是不錯了。寶雞美食豐富多樣，價格也便宜，停車方便否，咋不知道，因是自己去的。本來是要續住的，沒想到夜裡長者睡下一閤眼就被惡夢驚醒了，半晚上沒敢睡，一夜驚悚的體驗，不敢住了，要求換房，前台提到的無良服務員，聽到我的理由後，沒有一點同情心，有房卻不給調，説等中午以後有退房了再給我退。我帶的長者無地可去，長者一到那房門腿就發軟。衹好提前退房，拎着行李找別的酒店。一次不愉快的體驗。這是出門很少碰到的可怕不愉快的經歷。如果沒這事，對該酒店前枱面無表情，沒有温度的服務可以忽略，整個酒店還是回給較滿意的評價的。

地理位置好，我們晚上到的，師傅指揮停車，酒店邊上有夜市，很方便，晚上睡覺有點吵，不過可以理解，畢竟在夜市邊上，房間衞生一般般，味道也不好聞，開窗通風好久，還是有味道，不過枕頭很舒服！

前台辦理入住時散散慢慢讓人等候多時且沒有熱情的服務態度，床單被褥有破損且有污漬，空調老舊。房間有濃烈對香味與異味混合且房間小使人目眩。其次是房間裏沒有免費的飲用水，衞生間的水龍頭也是生銹的。兩點退房12點就開始催退。總之服務態度環境設施都是極差對不起這個價格以及這個地理位置。

先説結論我給中等偏上的評價。
好的地方在衞生還算乾淨，房間多，這種價位還嘗試包早餐也挺好的。車位少，但老闆會盡量幫忙解決。
差的地方，早餐不滿意，哪家酒店到九點就關閉？第二8點半多基本就沒東西了，早餐就是稀飯加兩個菜加雞蛋饅頭。也行，但至少保障到位？房間小，但至少清理及時點？
第二，刷好評。早上八點多打錯電話要我刪除差評？？？我還沒退房？？？
第三，酒店各種飲料各種計生用品，明碼標價，希望多賺錢，也行，沒問題，也不算貴。但問題在退房的時候得檢查耽誤時間。
第四，對講機太大聲影響休息。酒店內部每個人都有對講機，但房間不隔音，服務員的對講成了噪音。能否用耳機？
説這麼多是希望商家能改善越來越好！

酒店周邊吃飯購物都很方便，停車地方小有點困難，但是保安人非常好，我打電話詢問後冒雨在路口等我們，又幫忙給看着周圍指導我們停進車位，很感動。入住後前台接待、客房服務員、晚上值班的管理員都很友好，有問題説一聲馬上就給解決，體驗感很好，房間設施稍微有些陳舊，但是收拾的很是乾淨舒適，床上用品不錯，睡的很舒服。
