XXiaogongzhudemamaI can't recommend this Shangri-La enough! The hotel is directly opposite the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque 🕌. The evening sunset, with the mosque visible across the water, creates an absolutely breathtaking view! While I've witnessed countless sunsets in many places, this one still managed to leave a truly profound impression on me! We were traveling as a family and had booked two rooms. One room had a good view, but the other was unfortunately facing a rocky, undeveloped area. After discussing this with the front desk, the staff member, while not overtly warm, was responsive to our questions. The issue was then escalated to a manager who swiftly offered a satisfactory solution: an upgrade to a suite! The view and spaciousness of the suite were truly unbeatable! Considering the price we paid through Ctrip, it offered incredible value for money.

GGuest UserService: The service attitude was excellent. Their welcome chocolates were delicious; my friend and I asked for more twice, and the hotel generously gave us several extra boxes. Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped. Environment: The environment and everything else was good. The only minor drawback was that we stayed on the first floor, and the outdoor pool and bar were very close to our room. People would party outside at night, which somewhat affected our sleep.

SSam.TOur family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel. Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties. On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience.

MMihuamimuThe location is absolutely excellent. It's right next to the large Al Wahda Mall, and there's a Lulu Hypermarket conveniently located downstairs, so you can find anything you need and dining options are plentiful. I booked a rate including breakfast, and it was incredibly rich and varied, with Chinese, Western, Indian, Pakistani, and Arabic options, all with Chinese names on the menu! The room was spacious, cleaned promptly, very tidy, and had a great view. I would definitely choose this place again if I have the chance.

Ddm_sOverall, a very mediocre experience. The room assigned to me was on the west side, right above a construction site, which made getting to the beach inconvenient as I had to walk all the way around to the east side. The lobby was constantly bustling with groups of tourists during the day. The minibar cabinet was full, but only coffee and tea were complimentary; there was no price list for anything else. They even came to check the minibar before I had even checked out at noon. There were no special discounts for guests dining in the restaurant. Both during check-in and check-out, I wasn't informed about the extra bed charges, nor was I given a receipt. On the positive side, the security and housekeeping staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, which was a plus. Overall, I don't think it was worth the price.

GGuest UserA lovely staycation for myself. A quiet, clean hotel with excellent staff. The breakfast choices are good and the Cafe in the lobby has good coffee. I was able to use the wifi successfully as I am working remotely (online teaching). I liked my stay so much, I booked an extrar night. Good location with access to public buses, taxis etc. The front desk was able to help me sign up for the free tickets for the ”Big 3” - Natural History museum, Louvre and Sheikh Zayed museum- a free shuttle bus is available.

The staff were truly accommodating and attentive throughout my entire stay. They went out of their way to ensure any requests were handled promptly and courteously, making the overall experience smooth and genuinely pleasant. This high level of service is definitely the property's strongest asset. Regarding the accommodations, the room was perfectly decent and functional. It provided everything needed for a comfortable city stay, including fast, reliable WiFi and a good, strong shower. All the necessary amenities were present, such as complimentary bottled water and the other basics you expect, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable environment.

GGuest UserBeautiful internally the hotel comprises of different ample sitting areas and small cafes scattered around the hotel. The bath had a crack in it and the shower wasn't great. The staff all around the hotel were great and courteous. The resort is great but a bit far from the hotel and to walk in the sim is difficult, i think an overpass would be better and convenient. Ps the Zipline activity is never available when I have tried to book it the last year or so. Lazy river is really lazy so keep that in mind lol. Generally it's an okay resort could do with an update to trip.com advertising with new pictures etc.

Ttomptchung1947Hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been delay over 6 hours arrived Dubai international airport because of cyclones. We got the rental van drive 2 hours direct the hotel to catch up lost time, lucky we arrive hotel and check-in and just enough time to catch the breakfast before they close for the day. The food are very nice and good with many choice to choose. The room are very nice and clean.
