"The room was bigger than expected, the beds were OK, pillows a bit lumpy but didn’t make sleep impossible. The motel is close to Clifton Hill and all the attractions they offer, easily walkable area. The indoor pool was a nice addition (but would be better if a couple degrees warmer for us older folks!) Fridge/microwave would be nice but not the end of the world. Ice readily available at the check in desk. Overall good value for what we paid, would stay there again"

Great
GGuest UserThe staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Great service from everyone we dealt with right from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the lady who brought us breakfast every morning. The day started with an excellent breakfast serviced right in our room which was a nice touch.
My only complaint was having to pay for parking. I was aware of these ahead of time but given the cost of the room, it really should have included the parking.
GGuest UserAfter 10 days i still did not receive my bill.they charged me without sending bill and when i contacted them they said we sent it and we can not send it anymore.i told them i did not receieve but they insist we can not send bill again.one time bill ,funny.it seems ehen they send bill it will be gone from their database.zero for customer service in canada
GGuest UserFamily-friend trip. Somehow all of the instructions provided to trip.com when we made the reservation was never communicated to the hotel as we booked two rooms and one with a pet. We also put the second room under another name on trip.com which seems like the message was never passed on so there was a confusion at the beginning. Thankfully there was a room available for pet dog. However the staff was very friendly and pleasant. Parking for hotel visitors are $20 with unlimited in and out which was not listed on trip.com. Wish Trip.com could provide more information
MM220415****Facilities: The hotel is quite old. There are many restaurants around. The hotel is connected to the water park. It can be played with children. But it is similar to the water park in the big city in China.
Hygienic: The room is very clean, but the water in the water park is not very clean
Environment: The hotel is old. Parking is charged. There are many restaurants around but parking is more difficult. The hotel room is particularly poorly soundproofed. There is a stupid person in the middle of the night. It is very noisy to shovel snow outside, but what kind of bicycles do you need at this price?
Service: Basically no service, luggage can not be stored, but! For this price, don't ask for any bicycles.
Aapp1234It is farther than I thought, and the city bus that stops in front of the hotel is convenient, but the departure and arrival situation of the city bus is not linked with Google and was quite confused. It may be good for those who have a rental car. The interior of the hotel is normal and clean. The lighting is a little dark. Children are overjoyed in the playroom and pool. The staff were very kind as they also gave me vouchers at the arcade. There is a washing machine, but some rooms have to pass through the cabana. There was a group that made a noise until late at night in the cabana, and it was uncomfortable because it was okay to speak with the child.
GGuest UserVery nice hotel! I originally booked a Queen-size waterfall view suite, but when I arrived the room wasn’t ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a King corner suite. I would definitely consider booking the King again if I return. The view was absolutely stunning—you can see both the US and Canadian falls, and it’s perfect for watching fireworks. The hotel is also very close to the ******, the WEGO bus, and plenty of dining options.
The facilities were excellent. The room had everything you might need: plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, a mini-fridge, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit on the small side and the water pressure could have been stronger, but since this was the penthouse, I somewhat expected that. Overall, the room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the experience was wonderful.
GGuest UserThe receptionist was not very welcoming. We got a room we did not request. She just talked and kind of raised her tone to point out why we were not getting the room we selected. She didn’t like the fact we questioned it. I’m pretty sure she then picked the worse room in the hotel for us.
Room is marginally clean, we immediately checked for bed bugs.
You can’t access the pool without staff. Weird. Hotel key should get you anywhere guests are allowed.
Walls are dated, floors are updated.
Not the best. I try her hotels are better at this price point.
GGuest UserThe hotel really needs to listen to its reviews. Most people have really damned them for being a dirty stinky cesspit of a venue but actually it is pretty amazing. Very smart foyer, lovely warm and cosy rooms and an amazing location. However, the internet is SUCKY away from the foyer - I had to talk with reception and a support tech person to explain that the internet was bad in the room and it was turned around to seem like I was wrong. Get more routers in, it’s not that difficult. Also, breakfast MUST INCLUDE healthy options. There is not a fruit or vegetable in sight. If you don’t count the options of raspberry or strawberry yoghurts.
Personally, I think the hotel should rethink their pricing strategy. It is far too affordable; and breakfast (with fruit and veg) should be an upsell option. You have the location! You have an amazing swimming pool and hot tub! You even have top quality toiletries! I would have paid twice the rate without breakfast, which most properties in the area are doing.
Sorry for my rant but I know the hotel should and can do better.
GGuest UserFacilities: Ordinary hotel facilities, excellent location, only 5 minutes walk to the Horseshoe Falls in the morning, many restaurants and Starbucks downstairs
Hygiene: The room has a bit of odor, probably close to the waterfall, very humid, fortunately only stayed one night
Service: OK, charged about 70 yuan for environmental protection fees, I didn't hear it clearly
The price is reasonable, cost-effective, parking costs 35 Canadian dollars, you can find a parking lot nearby, 10 dollars is enough, bargaining is no problem, Indians are not regular. You can park at the door for 15 minutes to check in
PPeter GY SohUpon check-in, the 2 bedroom suite turned out to be a family suite with 2 Queen beds in the same room and a sofa bed in the other and with only 1 bathroom! Not suitable for us, 2 adult couples, to stay in. Upon our request, the hotel staff changed us to another “2 bedrooms” suite with a king size bed in each room and with 2 bathrooms. This turned out far better than the earlier room. But this room was on a higher floor and a better view of the Niagara Falls. So we had a wonderful memorable 1 night stay!w
