IInFiNiTy BenZClean room and well maintained throughout my visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly—chatting with them was genuinely enjoyable, and they gave great recommendations and helpful local tips.
Breakfast was good overall, although the selection felt quite similar each morning.
The bathtub was a comfortable size.
Little balcony
I also appreciated that there is an elevator serving every floor, which made getting around easy with luggage.
Overall, a comfortable and welcoming hotel in Interlaken.

TtowardssunLoved it! It was my first time staying in a hostel, but the environment was surprisingly nice and clean. There were even older guests staying there. The best part is its super convenient location right next to Interlaken station.
My favorite part was making my own bed; it was fun and felt like a nice ritual. We also got lucky and had a four-person dorm all to ourselves for two nights! 🤣
Oh, and the breakfast was excellent! Especially considering how expensive everything is in Switzerland!

IIzzaPizzaHotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!

YYour BestMatesThe room is so comfortable, there are 2 times cleaning a day, normally in the morning once and in the evening will be offered the second time. They will offer chocolates too and it’s tasty. The concierge is very helpful also, they help us arrange skydive during our stay and the experience was so nice. Will stay here again someday.

SShuangzizuobaOverall, the location is good, the breakfast is rich, the room is also relatively large and has a kitchen. I was in a hurry to catch the train in the morning. The breakfast was ready, but the store didn't agree to eat 10 minutes earlier. I was anxious to eat a simple bite and go to the train station. Picture 1 is the outdoor view of the hotel, and Picture 2 is on the way back from eating Chinese food near the hotel. The Sichuan Chinese food is very average.

GGuest UserVery close to Interlaken West station, just a 5-10 minute walk. Interlaken's main commercial street is right by the train station. There's a large Coop supermarket right next to the hotel; if it happens to be Sunday and it's closed, you can head to the one on the main street. There's also a Cantonese restaurant nearby with good food. I noticed a highly-rated cheese fondue restaurant on Google Maps nearby, but didn't get a chance to try it this time. Although the bathroom and toilet were shared, it felt like I had them all to myself. My single room was in the attic, which got very hot during the day. Turning off the lights and opening the skylight at night helped a bit.

PPepper LMHOld fashioned room has no air con, needs to use the table fan provided. In addition, the window almost dropped off. Room is dark as not enough lights. Not enough electricity plugs available for charging 4 devices (phones and tablets). Beautiful river facing from the window. Conveniently located near the train station and shopping.

LL.DuThe hotel is conveniently located near the station with plenty of shops around, and you see tourists from all over the world. The hotel itself is quite large, and our room had a double bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of three. There were also two TVs in the room, along with yukata and slippers. The breakfast selection was extensive and varied!
