Most food not replenished. No pancake available at pancake stand. Said sold out. Staffs eager to clear table. By 9am, no kitchen staff around. So we cancelled next day breakfast. Website said there is massage room. Tried to make booking, reception said no. Asked if there is massage nearby, reception asked me to search the website. Google, FB and WhatsApp were blocked. Reception staffs don't speak English. Wish they smile.

The price of nearly 700 is not cheap in this place, in order to have a quiet rest environment, but this time I encountered several people living opposite, and they were still noisy at one or two in the morning. The store also helped to remind them, but it was useless, and they became worse. Why the door is opposite, both sides have closed the door, and the sound of the opposite side can be heard clearly. I don’t know. The store really can’t control this kind of thing, but my experience is that I spent a lot of money to book the room price, but I didn’t rest well all night, and I didn’t want to eat in the morning and left. In the morning, the store also apologized for what happened in the evening, and did everything they could do throughout the whole process. But I drove for 2 hours and spent money just to have a quiet rest environment and a good sleep on the weekend, but the result is that it’s better to sleep at home, which is not worth it for me.
