After so many bad experience in Dujianyan, this hotel was quite a good surprise. The staff was super friendly, kind and helpful. They literally fixed all our problems and they also gave a small "Hilton Panda bear" to my son which was really appreciated. In addition they also provided room upgrade, fruits, a small heater and anything necessary to make my family feel comfortable and let us have a good memory about our trip. I want to thanks all the staff and especially 文云武 who was practically perfect. It's really hard to find good employees and he clearly deserve to be praised.

Location is very convenient and easily accessible - off a main road with good parking facilities. Service was absolutely brilliant, front desk was helpful in procuring small amenities such as needle and thread and hair clips. Room is very modern (well located charging ports) and immaculately maintained. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but we did go at their peak hour. The food qualityc did not suffer from this though. Recommended for a comfortable stay after a long day of mountain climbing.

Xiao Xue Xiaoyuan at the front desk was very helpful and enthusiastic. The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. It was a combination of Chinese and Western food. When I left, I even gave me food to eat on the way. The overall experience was very good.
