AAnonymous UserHotel is clean and tidy, there is a hill to walk up .? We have stayed at Hampton Hilton a few times , unfortunately like most things there are cut backs . In the scheme of things they are small , Breakfast no fried eggs no mushrooms, they used to serve small chocoate muffins , disappeared , instead of being an outstanding breakfast its now just average at best . Quilt on the bed very thin for December. But all in all itâs okay .

DDiana 1994In general everything was great.
We suggest to change mattress as both we and our friends had terrible back pain but this is of course just a preference and not everyone wants a hard mattress as we do.
Apart from that we love it all in this hotel.

TTboneVery nice hotel for its price. Quick access to the beach. Doesnât have AC but has fans in each room which do the job. Staff are excellent, great service by the team. Got us everything we needed. Costs to park at the hotel. Cheaper to park on the main road which is free between 5pm and 9am and free on the weekends. Very close to Bournemouth pier and boscombe pier. Has everything you need otherwise. Lift is a little small but works well. Close to everything. Cant complain.

GGuest UserNice hotel, not far from the beach. Breakfast was good but was only until 9.30am. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean we had a balcony room with lovely views of the beach, the rooms were quite hot and no A.C which is needed in hot weather. The outdoor pool is heated but no indoor pool for when the weather isnât good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

AAshish444Reception and breakfast staff were excellent.
Our family room (Ken dodd) was very big and comfortable.
We also enjoyed the english breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
3 star celebrity theme hotel is a little bit outdated but maintained very nicely, clean, and will definitely recommend and visit again.

GGuest UserBooked as a last minute, lovely hotel.. Reception staff could not of been more helpful. We got upgraded to a sea view, and the room was spacious & lovely. .. thereâs a lovely grandness to the hotel , so I felt sad that the smallest of Maintenon job that I noticed let it down, for example , the conference room opposite the reception curtain weâre hanging off itâs rail. So simple to rectify Iâm sure.
Bar drinks, VERY overly priced .
Didnât use the Spa as closed at 6pm .
I would return to this hotel., as stated the reception ladies were smiley, & helpful.

GGuest UserLovely one night stay at this hotel,was about a 20 minute walk to the centre! Room was nice and the bathroom was lovely! The only downside was what the room resembled a sauna to the point we had to ask for an extra fan which wasnât too much trouble for the reception team after they located one! I would stay again but would recommend you do not stay anywhere near the leisure facilities and especially not room 23 unless you like waking up feeling like youâre abroad!

JJahangir JaneWe stayed here as a couple and had a mixed experience. The hotel has its charms, but also a few drawbacks.
Rooms & Amenities:
The rooms were quite small and felt congested, including the toilet where the commode placement was very cramped. The amenities provided were basic â just soap and a combined hair and body wash. Surprisingly, there was no handwash, no refrigerator, and no hair dryer in the room. On the plus side, the room was clean, and we had no issues with hygiene.
Staff & Service:
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant.
Facilities & Atmosphere:
The swimming pool was lovely, and the view from the poolside was amazing, directly overlooking the sea. The lounge area shared the same beautiful view â a great spot to relax in the evening. There was even a small jewelry corner inside the hotel, so beware â you might end up buying a ring or necklace if your partner starts browsing!
Other Notes:
The lift was possibly the oldest I've ever used â it really felt like stepping back into the 90s, which in a way added some quirky character to the place.
Food:
The full English breakfast was genuinely very good â one of the highlights of our stay.
Overall Value:
The pricing was reasonable, but for better value, it would be great if they included essentials like a refrigerator, handwash, and hair dryer in the rooms.

GGuest UserTypical UK seaside hotel, in need of re-furbishing. We paid a lot for the small, badly furnished bedroom, but it was one of the busiest weekends of the year. Friendly, helpful staff. Chloe in the bar was a star. Pleasant walk through the park to the beach.
