This hotel is beautiful and tranquil, set in a tropical environment with many open-air areas. You need to go outside to reach the reception, restaurant, or bathroom from your room. They have done a fantastic job of combining luxury with a natural, jungle-like setting—something I've never seen before. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. If you're looking for a more exotic nature experience, this place is ideal. However, if you prefer a more standard/business stay, it might not be the best option.

MMerveYWe booked pool Access room it was amazing services really nice good food and amazing club experience we had. Only kids club everything with charge fee if you don’t pay money kids a lone inside just play herself we didn’t see any free activity just this is not good but they really friendly and polite we satisfied and we were happy with the hotel amenities. We can stay also next time when we come back to Krabi.also they helped us for late check out they are really friendly

GGuest UserStayed at Ananta Burin for 9 nights with family. I can't fault the staff for their friendliness or professionalism. Any issues with the rooms were fixed in a short amount of time including a faulty A/C. The buffet breakfast offered a good array of options but was let down by either food going cold/lukewarm or crispy items being soft. Icecream was included in the buffet was a nice touch. The resort rotates your selection each morning so there it doesn't feel like you're eating the same thing each day.
My family loved the water slides and it was a lot of fun. The temperature of the pool was really pleasant which was unique from other hotels we stayed at during our Thailand trip. Unfortunately the river pool was not working in our stay and a number of water features around the property were also in the same category. It robbed the resort of some ambiance.
The resort is located on the northern side of Ao Nang and is a little quieter than other areas of Ao Nang which suited us just fine. Overall we would stay there again if we ever visited Ao Nang again.

SStephenQuattroThis place was a disappointment at the beginning. The reception staff had a very dismissive tone when we tried to book in early. The check in notice was smoothly pushed in front of us and it was unusual treatment from Thailand where people are always friendly even if they might not understand English very well. The rest of the resort was good. Good location right next to the beach, were you can see the tides coming in and out. The long tail boats stops right on the beach eager to take you wherever you want to go. I went to the reception toilet, sorry to share but it was amazingly clean and surprising after the unwelcome reception.

KKhairul Anwar Abd. Hakimthe hotel was very much equipped; kid’s pool that has playground and big slides, kid’s club that is similar to mini jungle gym. furthermore in the room, the hotel prepared a large beach basket that comes with beach mat, beach slippers and umbrellas. the beach towel/ pool towel can be requested from the reception.
the food here, the hotel mentioned it’s halal. they serve only chicken or beef and vegetarian. everyday they have selection of sushi. your breakfast us going to be big one.
not far from the hotel, there are few halal restaurants for muslim travellers.

GGuest UserThis is a nice hotel although the beachfront is not very usable. The pool area is very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is not a great deal within walking distance but the hotel offers a free shuttle to the local town. It's a nice resort to lounge about the pool all day!

GGuest UserThe room was nice but dated and needs a renovation. The bathroom was pretty poor though with really mouldy shower that leaked all over the floor and a broken toilet seat.
The staff however were brilliant at trying to resolve it but unfortunately couldn't so we came to an alternative arrangement, which was appreciated.
Long beach is nice but a bit quiet and a boat taxi away from most of the bars and restaurants. That's fine for some so just be aware of that.

It used to be a temple so it has a fantastic Thai architecture.
The room and bathroom were really big and spacious. The staff was friendly and the housekeeping is daily and dedicated. The aircon worked well, the bed was comfortable and there's plenty of furniture in the rooms. The swimming pool is big and in good condition.
The hotel is right in front of the beach but not in the central Ao Nang area.
The wifi was very weak during the whole stay.

The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost .
She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip.
Staff is very friendly too.
We really enjoyed our two days stay and definitely recommend this hotel stay
Will come back again with my family
