In arrival I was told that booking in was only at 3pm and on my email letter of confirmation it clearly stated 2pm. It looked as if the lady DS not believe me and so I fortunately had the confirmation email on my phone to show her. She then told me she would make and exception and allow me to book in an hour earlier! I find it frustrating that I should even hear the word “exception” as I was not in the wrong in the first place. The only other suggestion I have is that there should be a non-slip mat available to use in the shower as well as a handle to hold onto when showering and wanting to wash one’s feet. I am sure you have mane elderly visitors and it would prevent them from slipping in the shower in the slippery floor and falling. Apart from these two things I slept well and found the view over the pond with the birds a lovely one. All nice and clean and can recommend the hotel as a safe one to stay over.

We booked for 4 Days for St John Ambulance Training. Every was excellent and special thanks for to Wendy, Kirsty and Roan for all the help they gave us. breakfast were great but just one more thought, could there be a little more variation, say mushrooms, tomatoes etc from time to time.
