"I had a fantastic stay at Pacific House Hostel in Sydney and can honestly say it was one of the highlights of my trip. The hostel has a great atmosphere, very friendly staff, and a real sense of community that makes you feel welcome from the first day. What truly sets Pacific House apart is the active social program they organize. The coastal walk along the beaches was absolutely amazing — stunning ocean views, fresh air, and great company. The walk across the bridge was another unforgettable experience with incredible views of Sydney Harbour and the Opera House. The picnics were also a highlight: beach barbecues with a relaxed vibe, good food, and lots of laughter, as well as simple but lovely sandwich picnics in the Botanical Garden — a perfect way to enjoy the city and meet new people. A huge thank you to the entire team for creating such a warm and fun environment. Special thanks to David from Poland, who ran many of the activities — his energy, friendliness, and great organization made a big difference and truly enhanced the experience. Highly recommended for anyone who wants more than just a place to sleep, but a memorable stay full of activities, new friends, and great memories"

"This hotel is located right next to the University of New South Wales, and directly across the street from the starting point of the light rail Line 2. Public transportation around here is excellent, with buses going everywhere, making it very convenient. It's also close to Coogee Beach, just a few bus stops away, or even walkable. The area around the hotel has many restaurants, large supermarkets, and even a Chinese supermarket. You can buy food and heat it up in the hotel's common kitchen, which is equipped with plates, bowls, cutlery, and cups. There are also self-service washing machines and dryers, so you can enjoy a relaxed, self-sufficient stay. Our room wasn't particularly spacious; we booked a triple room, and the three beds filled it completely. The bathroom was also quite small, but it was clean. The overall architectural style has a charming Southeast Asian vibe, with large frangipani trees planted at the entrance, their pink and yellow blossoms falling beautifully. My favorite part was the hotel's central courtyard. When it's not raining, you can open an umbrella and enjoy brunch or coffee there. Or, after a night out, sitting in the courtyard, feeling the breeze, and listening to the parrots chirping is incredibly pleasant and relaxing."
