【Park Hyatt Busan】Stayed in the 'sailboat' of Haeundae, where the floor-to-ceiling windows framed Gwangandaegyo Bridge and the entire ocean. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea breeze and the city lights, experiencing both relaxation and luxury.
Environment: The hotel's location is relatively quiet with fantastic views. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist.
Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night!
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Service: Excellent.

Guest UserThe room is big and with balcony overseeing the sea. Beautiful. Love the CIMER (many mini heated jacuzzi) and gymn is great. The normal pool is too short and small and filled with people all the time. Location is so convenient for food, shopping and capsule ride and of course the beach is right in front of your hotel- dun need to cross any road. Service here is very hospitable. I meant the chamber maid. Don’t feel like checking out here. Amenities- only toothbrush n paste is missing. Must check out by 11am. Sauna is not complimentary, which is a pity, as Japan it is just a small amount of money and unlimited use.

There’s no hanging place for towels and no door for bathroom and when we take shower, all waters flow to bathroom and under sink. I complained about these issues, let us have other room. This time air conditioner was not working properly, it made very bad noise.

Overall, I had a great experience at this hostel. Rooms are soundproof enough that any noise outside didn't disturb me. There weren't many guests when I stayed there, but I had a few friendly chats with some of them. I had to work from midday until midnight and there was no table in the room so I stayed in the common area which had the most amazing view of the sea and the beach. The staff was mostly not there but they were friendly when we interacted and they let me check in early :)
Things to improve:
- it wasn't the cleanest. I wish I could vacuum myself at least because the floor upon my arrival wasn't very clean. also as soon as I turned on the AC I was starting to cough uncontrollably, almost choking on my coughs so I guess it hasn't been cleaned for a long time
- in the evening they turn off all the lights in the common area so it's very dark and you can't see anything. I asked the staff to leave some lights for me because I had to work, but they just turned on one desktop lamp which wasn't doing much. I worked silently and didn't disturb anyone so I wish they could accommodate this easy request

Guest UserLocation is great. Many food choices nearby. Huge shinshiga departmental mall is just around the corner. Metro/train/subway is just around the corner. Both are few mins away. Coffee bean at the lobby n you can get show a discount by showing hotel room card. There are 2 convenient stores in the lobby. Paris Baguette n olive is just a stone throw away.
However, the shower area is a bit tricky. 2 steps up / down to shower in the bath tub. EXTRA CAREFUL. Need to tug shower curtain properly so that water don’t flow out. If not, the toilet floor will be wet. Given 2 Pillows, they are very soft. Personal preference, if you like soft or hard pillow. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks

krisssyBest hotel for first-time tourists in Busan! Very convenient location — just a short walk to Haeundae Market, Olive Young, pharmacies, restaurants, cafés, and Haeundae Beach. The bus stop and public transportation are also nearby, making it easy to explore the city. Perfect for travelers who want comfort, accessibility, and everything within walking distance. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Busan for the first time!

Overall, I highly recommend this place. First, let's address the downsides:
1. Could you please add a light to the ceiling? Is that really so difficult?
2. Could you add a sign pointing to the north entrance? Is that really so difficult?
I didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on it.
Everything else was great:
1. The room was huge, spacious, and even had a balcony with a sea view. The bed was large enough for a family of four.
2. The location is excellent. From Haeundae subway station, exit 3, walk straight for about 300 meters, and you'll reach the hotel building. The hotel is only about 200 meters from the beach. Think of it as being just off the main Haeundae street, a little closer to the beach, and less than 100 meters away from the main drag – that's where the hotel building is located.
3. The service was good too. I asked the front desk for an extension cord, and they found one for me.
Finally, a tip: From Haeundae subway station, exit 3, walk straight towards the beach until you reach an Olive Young on a street corner. Turn left there, walk less than 100 meters, and look to your left. You'll see a large entrance that looks like a shopping mall with the hotel's name on it. Take the elevator directly to the ninth floor.

Guest from Los AngelesI checked into Songjung Hotel for a weekend tango event. Check-in with my trip.com voucher was seamless. My room was ready early. It is an older hotel, but very roomy, clean, and the ocean view was amazing from the walk-out balcony. The tango event was held in a lovely ballroom at the hotel, so although I could have opted for a more modern hotel, I was very happy that I chose Songjung Hotel. This was my first experience with trip.com. I am happy with the experience. Pictures are from my balcony.

Guest UserThis hotel boasts an incredibly convenient and prime location. It's super close to the subway station, roughly 200 meters away, and just across the street is the beach! Our room even had a sea view, and the room itself was very spacious and comfortable. Downstairs, it's bustling with lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and even a market street. It's a truly perfect place to stay, and I'll definitely be back here on my next trip to Busan.

The location was a little hard to find, but it was within walking distance from the station. There's also a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and plenty of dining options like cafeterias, plus shopping opportunities. With so many cafes around, it's really great for tourists.
The interior was very clean, and having Netflix and a bathtub makes it especially appealing for Japanese guests. The illuminated vanity mirror was also a very convenient touch.
One thing to note is that the elevator was out of order, so those with heavy luggage should be aware. Also, the bed was a bit on the firm side. Other than that, everything was perfect!
