"Everything about this hotel was great, with the sole exception of the room size. Truly, it was all positives! Being a Japanese chain hotel, I expected the rooms to be small, but it was perfectly adequate for two people and didn't hinder our activities at all. The location is absolutely fantastic, incredibly close to the train station – literally just across the street. You can even see the train station from the hotel, and the tracks from our room. The staff were all wonderful. The front desk attendant was enthusiastic and attentive. The ladies in the second-floor breakfast restaurant were constantly greeting guests and thanking them. When we discovered the kettle in our room was broken, we called the front desk, and they immediately apologized. A staff member then promptly knocked on our door to deliver a brand-new, still-boxed kettle, again apologizing for the inconvenience. We were so grateful! There's also a self-service laundry machine on the first floor. When we first struggled to use it, a staff member came right over to show us how. This washing machine was amazing – shirts came out completely dry, perfectly spun, and incredibly crisp, without a single wrinkle. They looked as good as new, as if they'd just been ironed. This machine is truly magical. The breakfast on the second floor was also excellent. Even though it was busy every day, there were always empty seats, and the food variety changed daily, including some Korean specialties. We left breakfast feeling very full and satisfied. The location is convenient for getting anywhere; we could reach Nampo and Seomyeon by subway in no time. We had a perfect two days here and slept very comfortably. We messed up the room as soon as we checked in, so I didn't take any photos. All in all, this hotel is flawless, with no downsides except for the slightly small room."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and surrounded by shopping areas, which is super convenient. There are plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment. Definitely picked the right place to stay, and I'll book here again next time. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom is a bit small."

Raviens Maison de Hotel offers top-notch services and amenities, ensuring guests experience utmost comfort.Share your photos and respond to emails at your convenience, thanks to the free Wi-Fi internet access offered by hotel. Each accommodation at Raviens Maison de Hotel is thoughtfully created and adorned to provide visitors with a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. In select rooms of the hotel, guests can enjoy the advantage of having air conditioning available for their convenience.

"Review of Raviens Maison de Hotel 1. Location The hotel is situated along a back alley, which may make it slightly less visible for some Uber or taxi drivers on first approach. However, this is a minor inconvenience. The surrounding area is well-served, with two convenience stores, a McDonald’s, and the popular Busandang Bakery nearby, offering an impressive selection of baked goods and a pleasant café on the second floor. The hotel is also approximately a five-minute walk to the main Haeundae Beach shopping and dining street, which makes it a convenient base overall. 2. Front Desk & Service Front desk staff generally communicate in decent English, which is helpful for international guests. Upon arrival, we reached about an hour before the official check-in time of 4:00 PM (notably later than most hotels). Early check-in was offered at an additional charge of 18,000 KRW. While understandable, there is room for improvement here—particularly when rooms are already available, a more flexible approach would enhance the guest experience. A more significant concern was the housekeeping policy. For a five-day stay, only one room cleaning service was provided. This is quite disappointing and does not align with expectations of a hotel, especially given that rates remain at a premium during peak season. This aspect significantly detracts from the overall experience. 3. Room & Facilities We were assigned a room on the 21st floor. The room is spacious, resembling a studio apartment, and comes well-equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine with dryer, and a clothes steriliser (particularly useful for refreshing outerwear). The room includes both a queen-sized bed and a super single bed, along with heated flooring for added comfort. Tips: offer English translation card to show how to use the washer/ dryer would be useful. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the highlight is undoubtedly the view. The panoramic outlook over Haeundae Beach and the sea is excellent, complemented by a large balcony with seating—ideal for relaxation. However, another shortcoming is the lack of proper bath towels. Only small-sized towels were provided, which were also used as floor mats. This is below expected hotel standards and should be addressed. Overall Assessment The hotel offers strong positives in terms of room size, amenities, and especially the sea view. Its location is also convenient despite the slightly hidden entrance. However, the limited housekeeping service and absence of proper bath towels are notable drawbacks. Addressing these areas would significantly improve the overall guest experience."

Fantastic! All-around excellent, though the room's fixtures are a bit dated; the wooden floorboards are starting to crack. Also, while Trip.com listed it as Chinese-friendly, there was no one at the front desk who spoke Chinese, so I struggled with my broken English for a while. Aside from these two minor points, everything else was top-notch. The sea view is absolutely unbeatable, and the service was incredibly thoughtful, especially the staff in the breakfast restaurant.

The room is big and with balcony overseeing the sea. Beautiful. Love the CIMER (many mini heated jacuzzi) and gymn is great. The normal pool is too short and small and filled with people all the time. Location is so convenient for food, shopping and capsule ride and of course the beach is right in front of your hotel- dun need to cross any road. Service here is very hospitable. I meant the chamber maid. Don’t feel like checking out here. Amenities- only toothbrush n paste is missing. Must check out by 11am. Sauna is not complimentary, which is a pity, as Japan it is just a small amount of money and unlimited use.

The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel's location is superb. I really appreciated the free ice water and coffee in the lobby. It's only about a 7-8 minute walk to Haeundae Beach, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

Location is great. Many food choices nearby. Huge shinshiga departmental mall is just around the corner. Metro/train/subway is just around the corner. Both are few mins away. Coffee bean at the lobby n you can get show a discount by showing hotel room card. There are 2 convenient stores in the lobby. Paris Baguette n olive is just a stone throw away. However, the shower area is a bit tricky. 2 steps up / down to shower in the bath tub. EXTRA CAREFUL. Need to tug shower curtain properly so that water don’t flow out. If not, the toilet floor will be wet. Given 2 Pillows, they are very soft. Personal preference, if you like soft or hard pillow. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Overall, I had a great experience at this hostel. Rooms are soundproof enough that any noise outside didn't disturb me. There weren't many guests when I stayed there, but I had a few friendly chats with some of them. I had to work from midday until midnight and there was no table in the room so I stayed in the common area which had the most amazing view of the sea and the beach. The staff was mostly not there but they were friendly when we interacted and they let me check in early :) Things to improve: - it wasn't the cleanest. I wish I could vacuum myself at least because the floor upon my arrival wasn't very clean. also as soon as I turned on the AC I was starting to cough uncontrollably, almost choking on my coughs so I guess it hasn't been cleaned for a long time - in the evening they turn off all the lights in the common area so it's very dark and you can't see anything. I asked the staff to leave some lights for me because I had to work, but they just turned on one desktop lamp which wasn't doing much. I worked silently and didn't disturb anyone so I wish they could accommodate this easy request

Overall, I highly recommend this place. First, let's address the downsides: 1. Could you please add a light to the ceiling? Is that really so difficult? 2. Could you add a sign pointing to the north entrance? Is that really so difficult? I didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on it. Everything else was great: 1. The room was huge, spacious, and even had a balcony with a sea view. The bed was large enough for a family of four. 2. The location is excellent. From Haeundae subway station, exit 3, walk straight for about 300 meters, and you'll reach the hotel building. The hotel is only about 200 meters from the beach. Think of it as being just off the main Haeundae street, a little closer to the beach, and less than 100 meters away from the main drag – that's where the hotel building is located. 3. The service was good too. I asked the front desk for an extension cord, and they found one for me. Finally, a tip: From Haeundae subway station, exit 3, walk straight towards the beach until you reach an Olive Young on a street corner. Turn left there, walk less than 100 meters, and look to your left. You'll see a large entrance that looks like a shopping mall with the hotel's name on it. Take the elevator directly to the ninth floor.

The room was decent, and the bathroom was huge, especially with the separate vanity area, which I've never seen before. It's located right on Haeundae Food Street, making dining and shopping super convenient. It's also very close to the beach and the subway station, and you can even catch a partial sea view. Excellent value for money!

I checked into Songjung Hotel for a weekend tango event. Check-in with my trip.com voucher was seamless. My room was ready early. It is an older hotel, but very roomy, clean, and the ocean view was amazing from the walk-out balcony. The tango event was held in a lovely ballroom at the hotel, so although I could have opted for a more modern hotel, I was very happy that I chose Songjung Hotel. This was my first experience with trip.com. I am happy with the experience. Pictures are from my balcony.

This hotel boasts an incredibly convenient and prime location. It's super close to the subway station, roughly 200 meters away, and just across the street is the beach! Our room even had a sea view, and the room itself was very spacious and comfortable. Downstairs, it's bustling with lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and even a market street. It's a truly perfect place to stay, and I'll definitely be back here on my next trip to Busan.

The location was a little hard to find, but it was within walking distance from the station. There's also a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and plenty of dining options like cafeterias, plus shopping opportunities. With so many cafes around, it's really great for tourists. The interior was very clean, and having Netflix and a bathtub makes it especially appealing for Japanese guests. The illuminated vanity mirror was also a very convenient touch. One thing to note is that the elevator was out of order, so those with heavy luggage should be aware. Also, the bed was a bit on the firm side. Other than that, everything was perfect!
