First thing indoor pool not heated freezing cold the indoor jacuzzi out of service in the room king size bed matress was like sleeping on hard floor and the shower wouldnt stay warm at all worst experience Ive ever had in hotel had to leave in middle of the night.

Property was under construction so noise and dust was to be expected. Didn't know property was under construction before booking. Walls were thin, could hear occupants in next room. Front desk staff was very friendly.

The hotel needs a facelift. The carpet, doors, cabinetry are very very worn down. There were multiple areas near elevators and stairwells where broken/old furniture was just piled up. There had recently been several inches of snow so customers were dragging in snow, ice and salt that made the common areas so messy and no one was cleaning it up. In fact, we checked in arnd 8 pm and the floors still hadn’t been cleaned when we came down for breakfast at 9:30 am the next morning. And breakfast was not good.
The reason my rating is as high as 3 stars is because the room itself was very clean and beds very comfortable. Also, the personnel were friendly and helpful. On our first night there was a room next to us playing loud music at 11:30 pm. We called front desk and they addressed the issue immediately which I appreciated. Overall the property needs work, but if you just want a clean room and comfy beds, this hotel could work

Staff very very nice but understaffed. Full breakfast was convenient and good. They have travel bags with snacks for your day.
They were remodeling so was bit messy. First room, shower did not work, so they upgraded me to a suite with a good shower😊.

We have stayed at The Hampton Inn Beachwood multiple times in the past 5 years. We have always been pleased with everthing about this location and it's personnel.
