We really enjoyed our stay in the appar**ent annex. I only knocked a couple of stars off 'condition and facilities' as there wasn't any coffee in the room, one of the bathroom cupboard panels was loose, a net curtain in the bottom bedroom kept falling down and the outside terrace light didn't work.
Also, the hotel hadn't automatically reserved a parking place for us and our stay was the middle stop of a drive from the south of France back to England. I think if this isn't done automatically, guests should be asked as parking is not easy in the centre of Beaune. The free car park we were told to go to, conveniently located opposite the appar**ent, was full so, we had to wait until someone left. This is also the reason for knocking one star off the otherwise excellent 'staff and service'.
But, that said, apart from the slightly tricky onboarding process, we really enjoyed our stay and now we know to ask for parking in advance, we would stay again.

The apar**ent was not as described in the offering: we booked it for 6 persons with the information that it offers two double beds and two single beds. The single beds did not exist, instead a sleeping sofa was offered. Furthermore there was just one separate room, another fact that was not communicated transparently. The "terrace" was not as displayed in the offering and not really cleaned. The water in the shower did not flow down well. No WLAN code was given to us. We would have never booked that apar**ent if we had all the correct information. Especially the missing single beds made our stay absolutely uncomfortable.

Not the place for me!
Terrible customer service!
Booked my room 2 months in advance but when i arrived they told me i had to stay at their annex, which was down the street. I reserved parking for 8 euros per day. But they told me to park in the public parking across from my building.
The annex was nice, but i had to carry three bags up a winding staircase through a maze of hallways and a few more stairways.
The room was nice, and i guess you get what you pay for.
Sorry to be so negative.

We stayed at this hotel in early December and loved it - we stayed in the main hotel and had parking underneath the hotel. Therefore we booked again only to be put in what I'd call the 'delapidated wing' of the hotel. This is nowhere near the hotel has quite a lot of peeling paint and rust on the stairs, dirty carpets, poor decoration, very unappealing room, all in all extremely disappointing. When we asked to change rooms we were told nothing else available. No prior notice that it was different from before either - didn't seem to care! Needs updating and painting immediately.

Good location to get to the Gare station. Nice hotel but no lift. The nice manager helped us get the luggage up the stairs. Close to a square full of restaurants. Good breakfast. Good room for four people.
