I was very happy during my stay. The service provided by the girl in a sweatshirt at the front desk was super perfect. She helped us book a car to watch whales, and was very careful to help us with invoices and luggage. The guy at the front desk also taught us how to use the air conditioner and stereo. The facilities in the room were also very complete, but the toilet seat was leaking. There were no other problems. The service of the auntie who delivered the food was average. After cleaning the room, she did not replenish the toothpaste, toothbrush and other toiletries. She also kept knocking on the door when delivering the food.
