JI Hotel (Beijing Daxing Starlight Film and Television City)

This whole season is in the film and television city, which is very quiet and cost-effective. But it's far from the subway and it's not convenient to travel. The environment is okay, newly opened, clean. The service attitude is also good, but the management is really the worst I have ever stayed at. 1 We stayed in a double bed. Our family came and merged the two beds. As a result, the bed was full of garbage, melon seed peels, facial mask paper, and coffee lids. We were all afraid of cockroaches and did not dare to move any further. 2. The faucet was broken when we moved in. It fell off whenever we touched it. The loud sound always startled us. We stayed there for a week and tried to fix it three times, but it was never repaired. 3. The cleaning staff is only responsible for clearing away the trash cans and putting out a few bath towels. They do not make the bed, mop the floor, or clean the pool. Every time I have to tell the front desk, please help me make the bed, please help me sweep the floor. As a result, when I came back last night, I didn't clean it at all. I came back as if I had left in the morning after a busy day. 4 The most annoying thing is that before we got up in the morning, the waiter knocked on the door and brought a male worker with him to repair the faucet. I said we would wait until we got up, but the waiter opened the door directly. I was so frightened that I shouted before closing it again. 5 What is remarkable is that the overall service attitude is very good. The service staff and the front desk all smile sincerely, solve problems in a timely manner, and accept them humbly.

房間寬敞明亮，前台小姐姐服務超級棒，衞生有待提高，打掃阿姨應該嚴格規範清掃流程，刷馬桶不掀開坐便圈，馬桶刷上的水滴落在馬桶圈上也沒有再次消毒，而是隨便用紙擦拭一下，大無語，圖片是我剛辦理完入住，進房間就看到的狀況

帶孩子演出，提前一天定了全季，出門匆忙忘記帶潔麪了，衹帶了卸粧油，最後找保潔阿姨借用了香皂，給孩子洗乾淨了，給保潔阿姨點贊！酒店乾淨衞生、服務到位，很不錯。圖文無關，湊圖用的。

很不錯，一家酒店。挺安靜的，前台服務特別好。裝修也特別好。非常喜歡房間的書，很好看。帶孩子出來比賽的，下次還會來住這家酒店非常不錯，值得推薦。

房間非常乾淨，前台和服務人員都非常熱情友好，還在在旁邊酒店比賽很方便，性價比也非常高，前台看我們兩大一小還免費升級了房間

房間是偏日式極簡風格的，給人很舒適的感覺，設施齊全，還有精美的茶具，前台工作人員服務態度很好，機器人可以送餐，推薦入住。

房間環境很不錯，小朋友很喜歡，唯一不足洗手盆設定有點問題，洗臉什麼的水會流到枱麪都是

小朋友去北京比賽，住的這個酒店，離比賽地方很近，非常方便。酒店房間也大，床很大。前台服務也挺好～好評！
